It is Now Open Season on Government Employees at the Capitol

Legislative Members in Leadership can Sexually Harass at Will, Credible Investigations Will Not Occur.
Late last week we saw a disgusting thing happen at the Capitol. A tabloid blogger, the same label leveled against the Sooner Tea Party newsletter writers, with House leadership's help was able to break the story of Chelsea Smith's investigation into the Rep. Chris Kannady/Kevin McDugle sexual battery/sexual harassment scandal finding of “unable to substantiate”. Other news sources, and only two covered the story, received the statement much later than the online blogger Nondoc.com, AKA Trey Savage.
In return Savage appears to have written a hatchet job of an article, with about half of the space given to the two accused men's tirades against being held accountable at the Capitol, including numerous unsubstantiated accusations against the writer that exposed the sexual battery/sexual harassment incidents. Not only that, but Savage neglected to mention that he knew that the second victim's story was credible and had facts to prove it.

How Long Did House Leadership Know About the Kannady/McDugle Scandal & Why Was Nothing Done?

May 26th 2019 Newsletter -

What we Haven't Been Able
to Tell You So Far.

House Leadership Knew About
the Scandal Eight Months Ago
and Requested Exposure of the
Kannady/McDugle Scandal in April.

For seven of the last eight months Sooner Tea Party has held the Kannady/McDugle sexual battery/sexual harassment scandal from publication for several reasons. First, Kannady was too dug in with leadership for them to turn against him. We know that because House leadership was notified of the scandal back in October of last year due to a request from the first victim for a meeting with House leadership in order to discuss how to file a report and have justice done without exposing the victim.
Second, the discussion with House leadership went nowhere for several weeks until I reached back out and at that point the victim was referred to two staffers at the Capitol. Both we and the victim figured out that there wasn't support to hold Kannady or McDugle responsible so the exposure was put on hold.

Attorney Representing Third Kannady Victim Comes Forward

Fourth Victim Alleged by Victim's Advocate?

May 22nd 2019 Special Edition Newsletter
Attorney Representing Third Kannady Victim
Comes Forward with Accusations
Last week a source surfaced with accusations against Representative Chris Kannady, this time the accusations were that a full fledged sexual assault had occurred. The information was buttressed today when an former highly placed government attorney called with further information about the alleged attack.
Around the first of February 2018 a state worker was having drinks with some friends at a midtown Oklahoma City bar before Representative Chris Kannady showed up. The drinks continued to flow and after a while the lady's friends left, leaving her with Kannady. She noticed that something was wrong, she felt strange, a bit woozy you could call it, in excess of what the alcohol should have caused.
So the lady visited the restroom to compose herself and perhaps splash some water on her face only to find that Representative Chris Kannady had followed her into the restroom. Kannady was said to have made a pass at her.
Let's stop for a second and explore that last sentence. The words the attorney chose were precise and the term “making a pass” usually is connotative of something more than making an improper suggestion or playful slap and tickle.
The lady refused Kannady's advances and found herself pushed up against the wall where she alleges that Kannady attempted to force himself upon her. The woman put up a struggle despite what she believes was the effects of a date rape drug and breaks free of Kannady and flees to her vehicle. Shaken and terrified the woman flees the area, stopping a few miles away as she was feeling the full effects of what she believed was a date rape drug that had been slipped into her drink. Parking the vehicle she passed out and slept off the effects of the alleged date rape drug before driving home later.

Victims Advocate Promises Exposure on Possible Fourth Victim

Late Tuesday night the phone beeped, a Facebook message coming in and immediately the phone rang. It was a private investigator that had done work for us in the past, this time bearing the news that Representative Chris Kannady was dealing with a bimbo eruption on his Facebook page Chris Kannady for House 91. A woman named Stephanie Jenks posted the following message, screen shot by our P.I. Friend:
Obviously at some point Representative Chris Kannady had deleted her earlier post, no doubt in an attempt to slow down the inevitable exposure. However this is illegal as the Facebook page is a campaign page and court rulings have shown that politicians aren't supposed to censor constituent's messages as public office Facebook pages are considered a public square and free speech rules.
Several people screen shot the message as the word of a possible fourth victim spread. And sure enough, the next day Representative Chris Kannady had deleted the woman's post as he apparently did the first post:
Going back to around 2012 we saw the same thing going on with Representative Colby Schwartz. An irate woman pops up leaving messages and Sooner Tea Party tracks her down, obtaining a hard drive from an old computer filled with private messages on Yahoo Chat along with some emails and naughty pictures. Turned out that the woman had a child with Schwartz after a decade long relationship that continued nearly a decade after Schwartz married. Schwartz tried bluffing his way through the scandal at first, telling everyone that would listen that some crazy woman was after him. He later went silent and chose not to run for re election.
So these bimbo eruptions are fertile sources of solid information on occasion. We reached out to the woman making the accusations against Kannady via Facebook but have yet to hear back. It is a real profile with a good timeline stretching back to 2014.
And interestingly enough, the woman referenced SB 252 in her post. That bill was defeated today on a House vote of 45 to 49:

If you or someone you know has information on Representative Chris Kannady please reach out by replying to this email. Sexual assault victims are afforded protection by the media and law enforcement from exposure. The special counsel is continuing to contact witnesses and persons of interest in the previous cases but the investigation will wind up at some point. We have a lawyer willing to take your case if you are a victim of sexual assault or sexual battery, a free consultation and the case is handled on a contingency basis meaning you owe nothing if the case goes nowhere and the State of Oklahoma pays the attorney fees if your case is settled.
If you are a government worker you are afforded protection under state and federal whistle blower laws. The moment you reach out and present your case to the special counsel the clock starts ticking and you are protected from retaliation or from getting your budget slashed by a vengeful politician. Should they even try, the Senate would have to agree along with the Governor signing the spending decrease and I can guaranteed neither would want to be caught retaliating and if they did you would be a rich woman or young man.

Legal Fees: Pay What You Think Is Fair?

May 19th 2019 newsletter
Legal Fees, Pay What You Think is Fair?
Kevin Adams is probably the best defense attorney in the state but he is also a guy from humble origins and a true believer that justice is just that and ought not to be dependent on how wealthy you are. He sent us this video the other day and after watching it I called to see if he had had a stroke of genius or just a stroke and had lost his senses.
After watching the video I had concerns but after reading through the intake form on his new website Fair-Fees.com I realized that he had a viable method of both driving down the high cost of legal help and getting people to support his goals of defending people that truly need a hand up and not a hand out.
Basically you apply as a client and give him the details and some idea of your financial situation and what you can afford. If it works, Adams will be constantly busy and can take a smaller fee and not spend a dime on advertising or leads from referral services like most attorneys depend upon. You also basically put your case out there for referral if he is tied up, if you choose that option, and a lawyer with more time than clients can pick up your case at a price you can afford.
Career criminals probably won't receive much sympathy but they are already using the public defenders and pleading out to lesser charges, not that they are going to spend any time in prison anyway or pay more than a fraction of their fines once they are out on probation or parole.
The people that will benefit are the one time trouble kind of folks, make a mistake, will likely learn from it, but don't have an $8000 retainer and another ten grand to pay before the case is done.

Case Study: Why SB252 Will Fail Our State

The Futility of SB 252 Was Shown Last Week

Oh the horrors, a poor inmate couldn't afford bail we were told or was refused bail and died at the County jail last week. Now this particular story wasn't saying exactly that but the ACLU and their sycophants certainly were using the woman's death to push for SB 252.

And the real story, is as always, a career criminal and drug addict finally having their actions catch up with them. Tara Lynn Garcia showed up with a DUI back in 2002. She pled guilty and received a suspended sentence and community service. She did appear to pay off her fines and fees over a two year period.

Bail Battle: SB252 Showdown In the House

SB 252 Bill Passes Senate,
Goes Before the House Next Week
SB 252 basically destroys our centuries old bail bond system and turns lose the majority of criminals without bail, only a promise to show up or pay the bond money if they refuse to show up at their court dates.
The legislation is fraught with problems. First, bail is a Constitutional right set forth by the U.S. Constitution. Second, if an OR or PTR bond is refused the judge has to issue a ruling that states that the criminal is likely guilty by a preponderance of the evidence. At that point the criminal can apply for a bail bond.
Meaning anyone out on bail bond is automatically assumed guilty.
Another problem is that Oklahoma County has over 400,000 arrest warrants already waiting to be served. That is not a typo, over four hundred thousand warrants already in effect but not served meaning nearly a half million criminals are roaming free or that many criminal cases where justice has not been served.

Hot Mic: "Baba Yaga" Do Nothing..

Hot Mic? Baba Yaga Do Nothing.....
“Its not what you did son, that angers me so. It's who you did it to.“We called him Baba Yaga. Well John wasn't exactly the boogeyman, he was the one you sent to kill the boogeyman.”
That was from the movie John Wick and it well describes what caused a nationally exposed scandal last Monday.
Corrupt legislators in Oklahoma have their own Baba Yaga, one they fear when they know they have done wrong, and it was just that which was the catalyst last Monday that sparked the hot mic episode before the Governor's press conference. And it was that story that went national, exposing the sexual assault scandal at the House of Representatives to the world. The Google results go back five pages and Twitter had lots of fun with it, even Yahoo news picked up the story.

The Don't Ask, Don't Tell Caucus Update

The Don't Ask, Don't Tell Caucus
May 12th 2019 Newsletter

Several members of the caucus contacted us last week but not a one of them followed through on promises to distance themselves both politically and socially from the four men responsible for the Sexual Battery/Sexual Harassment scandal.

What we offered was a clean slate if they did the right thing by announcing their exit of the DADT caucus and beginning the process of establishing credibility with the remaining conservative legislators.  These men know that they will be political orphans if they wait too long to make a deal and they will continue to suffer backlash by association with men under investigation.

Between the Pay to Play scandal covered in this newsletter and the Sexual Battery/Sexual Assault investigation one has to wonder how far they have compromised themselves to McDugle, Kannady, Fetgatter, and Wallace.  If that is the case the best option, the only option, is to come forward and come clean with leadership.

Sexual Scandal Update

Rep. Chris Kannady/Kevin McDugle
Sexual Battery/Harassment Scandal Update
We got a lot of phone calls and messages asking why we didn't do a special edition last week when the news broke that the Speaker of the House had appointed two outside counsels to investigate the sexual battery/sexual harassment scandal. We didn't because newsletters are expensive to send and we were confident that the mainstream media and the grassroots would pick up the story and tell the world. They didn't disappoint.
An online live show called 3D Politics ran by activists ran a good segment on Youtube, excellent job reporting and questioning the scandal. People need to keep in mind how difficult it is to have a victim come forward against such powerful men, there will be a lot of the story that never gets told unless one of the perverts decides to fight the charges.

Fraud & Theft Alleged At ASTEC Charter School

Whistle-Blower Lodges Accusations of Probable Theft, Fraud and Misconduct by ASTEC Charter Schools
By guest writer Lorraine Grula
Editors note: This woman has been working on exposing this story for about a year now that we are aware of. Back in 2014 we exposed Freda Deskin, Espinoza who was her boyfriend with the checkered past, so readers of this newsletter will not be shocked at the allegations. Deskin has a lot of support among Democrat elites, the same ones that endorsed her 2014 primary run in the State Superintendent of Schools race. The information we used to, in the words of the Democrats, “eviscerate” Deskin was provided by one faction of the Democrats. As it turned out, this faction was backing John Cox who indeed won the primary and lost to the Republican candidate Joy Hoffmeister. Later the scandal erupted over Hoffmeister, Found Holland, Democrat campaign donors like American Fidelity, and two Democrat party officials/union officials. What that proved was that the Republicans colluded with the supporters of John Cox to eliminate Deskin from the primary knowing that Cox would lose to Hoffmeister which itself showed the preference for Hoffmeister over the Democrat candidate by the Democrat grass roots. It was a battle of the Democrat donor class with the Democrat grassroots with the donor class backing Deskin)

The 'Don't Ask - Don't Tell' Caucus

The Don't Ask, Don't Tell Caucus Membership
Representatives Chris Kannady, Kevin Wallace, Kevin McDugle, and Josh West are the founding members of the Don't Ask, Don't Tell Caucus, so named for the mix of perverts, military veterans, and RINO/Democrat cronies that have brought shame upon both their service and themselves. The group raised the money, found the challengers, and ran the ouster campaigns against a half dozen conservative Republicans in the August 2018 primary and the winners promptly fell in line with their mentors both in spirit and in ethics. They are aggressively seeking donations to their super PAC and not shy about demanding a pay or play situation from businesses and the donor class.
Currently the list below appears to be a solid list of Don't Ask, Don't Tell caucus members.  Their pictures are above:

  •  Chris Kannady,
  •  Kevin McDugle,
  •  Stan May,
  •  Dean Davis,
  •  Kyle Hilbert,
  •  Marcus McEntire,
  •  Kevin Wallace ,
  •  Scott Fetgatter,

Weaponizing The Courts To Shut Down Political Participation

Laurie Phillips and "daughter" Tiffany Phillips
There's a very disturbing issue brewing up in Tulsa that ought to be monitored by everyone who cares about political free speech.
A few political operatives on the left are weaponizing our criminal courts' powers, to shut down both free speech and open participation in politics. A growing number of men are being served with emergency court orders and threatened with jail and fines if they dare show up at an unspecified list of political and govt. events.
The attorney behind many such actions is a long-time ACLU member, Laurie Phillips.
The former Democrat nominee for US Senator, in 2016, was Mike Workman. He's a long-time Clinton backer. He's now a candidate for leadership on the Oklahoma Democratic Party. He was arrested for showing up at a public meeting of some Democrat women's' group, at a Tulsa public library auditorium.

Creepy Comrade Chris Kannady's Second Victim Identified

A quote you can almost wish that he said and
there will be some that don't get the sarcasm

Representative Chris Kannady(R) might very well be an out of control serial sexual batterer/abuser if the claims of a NW Oklahoma woman are found to be true. Kannady of course is already accused of working in tandem with another state rep, Representative Kevin McDugle (R) of Broken Arrow to trap a colleague between the two men with McDugle attempting to force her to view a disgusting p*rn film (involving fecal matter) while Kannady fondled her leg.

The attack was dismissed by less scrupulous legislators whom have tied themselves to Kannady at the legislature, spinning the felonious attack as unremarkable and of no consequence.
