Lankford and Inhofe Resolutions

Last week saw dozens of copies of the STP Lankford/Inhofe censure resolution filed at precinct meetings across the state. No doubt most of the county GOP leaders might refuse to file these resolutions, going against Party rules to do so, so the more that get filed the better as some will make it to the County convention and have to be voted on at the State convention. Here is one version that was expanded by Connie Grimms in Oklahoma County. It is well written and you of course can modify it before you file it and make it your own.

RESOLUTION TO CENSURE SENATOR JAMES LANKFORD AND SENATOR JIM INHOFE FOR FAILURE TO DELAY THE CERTIFICATION OF FRAUDULENT ELECTORAL VOTES IN THE 2020 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION.

WHEREAS, In the aftermath of the November 3rd Presidential Election several incidences of voter fraud were uncovered in at least seven (7) states including Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin;

WHEREAS, The documented discrepancies on voter integrity included Dominion voter machines weighing the votes and transmitting vote counts to foreign countries, multiple vote counts of the same votes, large late dumps of ballots entirely for one candidate, persons not living in the state voting, persons dead voting, and persons voting more than once, to name a few causes for concern;

WHEREAS, Senate hearings were conducted with Senator Lankford presiding that revealed state executives acted unconstitutionally by changing voter laws and provided the evidence of voter irregularities despite the evidence not being reported on national media, not being allowed to be heard in courts, and being ignored by many government officials;

WHEREAS, Senator Lankford had promised to call for the formation of an Electoral Commission for a 10 day pause and review of the evidence prior to the certification of the 2020 Electoral Votes; Senator Inhofe had not made that promise;

WHEREAS, On January 6, 2021 Senator Lankford, after resuming the interrupted session, publicly rescinded his previous support of reviewing electoral votes integrity before certification and he and Senator Inhofe promptly cast the blame for the Capitol riot, and all the violence upon MAGA Republicans and President Donald J. Trump with mere circumstantial evidence; and

WHEREAS, Senator Inhofe took an oath to ‘support and defend’ the Constitution and to ‘bear true faith and allegiance to the same’ for the fifth time on Sunday January 3, 2021, but he apparently believes investigating to assure legal and fraud free Federal Elections violates his oath, so he also did not step up to call for a review of the Electoral Votes in the contested states; therefore be it

RESOLVED, The Oklahoma County Republican Party condemns this lack of courage and action as an act against our US Constitution which dissolves public confidence in Congress and the Federal Election process, jeopardizes future elections, and sincerely alienates at least seventy-five (75) million voters; and

RESOLVED, The Oklahoma County Republican Party does hereby censure and call for the resignation of Senator James Lankford and Senator Jim Inhofe for failure to take all possible measures to protect the integrity of the 2020 Presidential Electoral Vote.

And no, we do not expect this to be easy nor do we expect it to get watered down a bit before it passes. People can call for amendments to change the wording at the convention itself. If none of the resolutions survive we will fight to submit one at the county conventions where you can get signatures the day of the convention and force the resolution on the agenda. The same can happen at the State Convention so GOP leadership will likely bow to the inevitable and allow a more tame version to make it to the agenda. Which we can amend at the convention and bring it back to strength.

This will set a precedent, honor your campaign promises and reflect the Party values or the plebes will come get your stupid ass and embarrass you or even throw you out of office. We have good government when the government fears the people, this is inevitable and the crooks know it.

 

Savage Libel Committed by Establishment Tea Party Mole?

Meet Carol Hefner. Hefner shows up around 2009, a member of the establishment that latched on to the dysfunctional Oklahoma City Tea Party group and appeared to be there to make sure nothing got done, controlled opposition, where moles burrow their way into a group and turn the group from its purpose or make it ineffective.

Initially Hefner ran for public office, a Senate seat if I recall correctly, only to fail. So the thought was that she was just using the Oklahoma Tea Party as a base to run for office. She would latch on to anything conservative, Trump of course, yet this week she showed her true colors to the entire state when we believed she libeled a conservative candidate running for a Senate seat by claiming he had “numerous serious judgments against him from banks and customers” and urging her “friends” to support Keri Shipley for Senate District 22.

Two problems with this other than the obvious partisanship from a woman that was associated with the Trump campaign in Oklahoma. First it is a lie. Second, she is supporting a RINO against a conservative.

The victim of Hefner's attack was still in college or the seminary at the time of many of the results that come up with the same name. The victim's father might have been the person involved, then again without having date of birth records on civil court case files it is difficult to know for certain. The victim himself was only 19 years old in 2000, then was in college or the seminary until around 2006, getting his minister credentials in 2010, then going into the personal training or personal life coach industry and he stayed there until 2019 when he refiled a new company in the same industry that his father had once been in. Has he ever been in court? As far as we can see he had two traffic tickets and then the filing the minister credentials. And the marriage license in 2010.

So it looks like Carol Hefner is doing the unpardonable and unchristian sin of holding the son responsible for what might be the sins of the father. One obvious clue is using the date of birth on the traffic tickets as they are quasi criminal offenses and carry the DOB. With 30 years difference in age it is very obvious that the majority if not all of these “serious judgments” are nearly certainly against the father and not the son.

But Carol Hefner has inspired us so we looked up the Carol Hefner's in the Oklahoma court records and found plenty of serious court cases, even felonies and misdemeanors filed under that name. Around 17 cases of one sort or another that Carol might find troubling. Some have middle initials, some don't, so someone with more time on their hands than we have might browse through and find out which cases if any were this particular Carol Hefner. I know, I know, Carol Hefner didn't do the same so why should we? Because we are better than the RINOs. But if you want to look her middle initial might start with a C and you can also see if there is a Robert Hefner as a co defendant as she is married to a Robert Hefner and is in the real estate business.

But a quick browse assuming we would be interested in people going by the name Carol C Hefner, proves true the old saying about those that live in glass houses ought not to throw stones...

And good lord, look up the court records on people named Robert Hefner, there is nearly 100 cases of all types to dig through. Someone find the man's middle name and get to digging!

And a cursory look at Keri Shipley cases in the court records finds some interesting cases as well. The kettle might have called the pot black, we will research this further next week. We do know that she is closely associated with Kevin McDugle and Josh West which means that Comrade Chris Kannady is not far behind. In fact, she is Josh West's secretary. We do know that Shipley endorsed Carrie Hicks whose main base are Antifa and Bernie Sanders supporters as well as endorsing Drew Edmonson for Governor over Stitt. The word is that she donated to one or more of them as well. And she is a conservative? All I can say if she hung around West, McDugle, and Kannady she must have been a fast runner or has a good left hook.

We redacted the name in Hefner's Facebook post to avoid spreading any lies. Those that already had seen the libelous post will be informed that it was untrue, those that haven't seen the libelous post will not spread the tale.

The Country is Ripe for Revolution,

Let's Work to Make it a Bloodless Revolution

If you have been living under a rock in the woods you might have missed hearing about the Gamestop short selling revolution that went down the last week or so. Gamestop is a failing chain of shopping strip center/mall kind of stores that deal in video games including buying and selling used games if I understand it right. The stock price was way down, lowest I heard was $3.00 per share early last year, thanks to some greedy hedge fund companies that had shorted the stock.

Shorting stocks is when buy an option to buy that stock, or borrow a stock, that you believe will go down in value. If the stock goes down, you earn money. If the stock goes up, you have to fork over the difference in order to maintain your control over that stock, to continue to short sell it. Hedge funds can run companies out of business doing this, their stock crash makes it impossible to borrow money as their assets are part stock in the company. It makes it hard to sell stock as the hedge funds are saying the business is going down. Suppliers might demand cash for materials or whatever. Employee bonuses based on stock price evaporate. And many times the hedge funds or a crony are out there spreading bad news in order to force the stock down.

So a few pissed off people on Reddit.com have a group called r/Wallstreetbets and one of them got the idea to throw a wooden shoe into the machine so to speak. He found that hedge funds had shorted Gamestop and realized that if thousands of people started buying the stock the value would skyrocket and they could break the hedge funds. A few days later and the stock is selling for hundreds of dollars, like an 1600% increase in value, costing the hedge funds billions and billions of dollars to get out of their self imposed position.

Soon an app called Robinhood decided to shut down the buying of the stock, allowing the customers/investors only to sell the stock. The hedge funds had to buy back this Gamestop stock because they had shorted more stocks than existed.... something like 119% of the outstanding stock had been shorted, 19% more than ever existed.

So now this stock that was running $4 to $5 per share is now at $325.00 per share. There are around 70 million shares existing, do the math, that is 22.4 billion dollars in valuation as of right now and around 20 billion of that money has been stripped from hedge funds in the last week or so! Some of the hedge funds lost half of their assets in a few days. Nine investors holding the stock made 16 billion in a few days assuming they sell their stock while the price is high.

Michelle Malkin made a good video about the revolution that is worth the time to watch.

What started off with a few people on an internet social site thinking that Wall Street had under valued a business and they thought they could make a few bucks turned into one of the largest transfers of wealth in a few days in history. Once the stock started rising up into the $14.00 range more and more members of this Reddit group pitched in, buying small amounts of stock individually, until they broke the back of several multi billion, tens of billions, hedge funds.

The act of shutting down trades quickly earned Robinhood a reputation and a bunch of new enemies and lawsuits are threatened. They did so to protect the hedge funds, screwing over their customers in the process. Emboldened, the Redditors went at the movie chain AMC who has been struggling because of the Chinese bio attack closures and Blackberry, yes that Blackberry. The little guys cleaned out the evil establishment types and have created havoc with the simple act of acting together to push back on companies making money by trying to bankrupt struggling companies.

Just think of what these people did, stated by one man named Keith Gill, that turned into one of the largest raids on the establishment in centuries if not for all time. They exposed how crooked the stock market is, with the system protecting the large investors and screwing over the little guys and the public. Then one man got the idea to turn their own tactics against them and billions were taken from the hedge funds.

Politics would benefit even more from this thinking that one man can start a revolution but only if the general public gets off their lazy butts and they get involved.

  Osage County held their precinct meetings/county convention on Saturday and led the state in censuring Oklahoma's two traitorous Senators for their attack on President Trump and their refusal to represent the will of the voters of Oklahoma.

OCPAC's leader Bob Linn has shown that crazy isn't shallow but it just gets deeper the closer you look.  His January 11th article was selling hope to the gullible like a two bit evangelical preacher:

 It reads as if he was counting on President Trump invoking martial law and arresting Congress or something equally implausible.   Do we wish Trump could?  Hell yes, but anyone with a smidgen of common sense knew that it was highly improbable.    And Linn seemed to have been counting on the military saving our country, from the evil, lustful and greedy “anti Christians”.

Keep The OKGOP A MAGA Party -Attend Your Precinct Meeting

Our President has been betrayed and the election stolen.  Of that there is no doubt.  

The only question is what you are going to do about it.  Trump was what I once thought impossible; the silver bullet.  The one thing that could turn around our country and give us a chance to push back the forces of evil.  

I never believed in silver bullets because they gave people an excuse to avoid the fight, that is just human nature to protect oneself and avoid conflict if possible, to put their faith and hope in a miracle.  That leaves a people weak for it is by fighting that humans become both strong and noble.

But now Trump has been cheated out of the election and it is clear that before we fight back we must first clear out the traitors and weak  that refuse to fight back.  We do that  by taking control of the GOP, banding with other GOP leaders that are willing to fight and to lead their counties and elect new leadership of the Oklahoma GOP.  We do that by becoming a delegate to the State GOP  Convention so we can support better leadership and to drive out the traitors in the Party.

So we are following up on the Wagoner County Commissioner James Hanning molestation case that was discovered during a deposition of Hanning's step daughter. The facts are a bit muddy but when she was in grade school or at eight years of age depending upon who tells the story, the girl was subjected to molestation of some sort. The confession came out during the deposition as the now 26 year old was under oath and had to answer the question.  

Another story told was that one of the OSBI witnesses was out on the back deck of a rental home working that same day and Commissioner James Hanning came out to tell his side of the story. One would be mortified I suppose if something like that was said about you so perhaps Commissioner James Hanning was either honestly telling his side of the story or he was attempting to muddy the water.

The local Trump support group Drive for 45 was being slammed last week on KFOR in Oklahoma City. The story was that a meet up was arranged at a local restaurant parking lot without the owner's permission and a complaint was made to the police, leading to one hot head to make some ill advised statements on social media.

 

The meet up was in September with the black restaurant owners claiming the group blocked the entire parking lot and scared off customers leading the restaurant owner and the property owner to file a police report. According to the TV story:

 

“Later that day, a member of the group, Scott Albert Himes, posted, “Big O’s in Edmond is a disgrace. I will never eat here and I encourage others not to. F* these Mother F****.”

Meet Tom Sawyer. Sawyer came to our attention after he showed up at one of the Tyler Paulsen hearings and had handled the preliminary hearing on Paulsen in Mayes County. Sawyer was a Tulsa County A.D.A. earlier and has a history of suppressing discover-able information in criminal trials. On September 10^th 2018 Sawyer was attempting to prevent a defendant from getting the information needed to defend himself. The transcript shows that Sawyer refused to allow the defendant's attorney to have the firearm in the case test to see if it was operable and there were some problems with the chain of custody of the firearm after the arrest. For seven months Sawyer appears to have stymied the defense attorney on these discover-able issues despite several meetings and hammered out agreements that were not kept.

We are getting very close to many of the precinct meetings and we need as many Republicans as possible to show up and help us clean house in the GOP. Having a strong conservative leader in place is the only way to prevent politicians like Lankford and Inhofe from betraying us again. To attend you need an ID card and some proof of your status as a voter. A voter ID card is best or a print off from the state election board site. Contact us if you do not know how to look up your account and print it off from the election board website.

 

The precinct meetings are informal. You show up, fill out five or six forms, refuse to give them a dime, give it to a deserving candidate instead until we get this pile of steaming...Kannady cleaned up. You will be there an hour or so, then in March a half day at the County GOP convention if it is held separately. Then three quarters of a day at the state GOP convention in April or May where you will vote on the new leaders of the State GOP.

Good News for the Oklahoma GOP

 

The entire state got some good news Friday afternoon with a mass email sent out by GOP chairman David McLain. After bragging for a few pages about his “accomplishments” he dropped the good news, the miscreant has read the writing on the wall and is refusing to run for office again.

 

McLain was a disaster for the Party. A wide coalition got the man elected including STP bulldozing a path and getting other candidates to step aside but as soon as he was elected he turned on the conservatives, allying with the far right radical City Elders group. And the spending went wild with McLain flying cronies and family members across the U.S., running up tens of thousands in credit card debt after burning through tens of thousands of dollars left in the bank account from the earlier administration.

Rumors of the Insurrection Act being implemented, martial law, troop movements, wild stories from Italy claiming they have a smoking gun on the voter fraud and a man admitting that he helped orchestrate it all, the internet is a buzz with rumors and conspiracies. Nancy Pelosi's laptop has been seized, arrests of congressmen and women are imminent, some really weird stuff is being pumped out.   People are desperate right now for some good news and I hope and pray that some of these rumors are true and Trump somehow manages to pull off a miracle. But experience and common sense tells me that Biden is going to take over on the 20th and the Democrats are going to go on a rampage passing regulations and laws stripping us of so much of our liberties and rights.  I will be glad to be proven wrong.

If anything good came out of the ratf*ck on January 6th it was that it terrified politicians through out the land. But Jon Echol's post was ignorant and tone deaf, a indication that his conscience is bothering him about his voting record the past eight years. First the actual ignorance.    This was far from the first attack at the Capitol   The Capitol was bombed in 1915 by a Harvard professor.   In 1954 Puerto Rican nationalists shot up the House wounding five Representatives. Democrat President Carter pardoned them from their life sentences and sent them back to Puerto Rico.

The rules state that they and they alone have the final say on when and where a precinct meeting occurs. The meeting is supposed to happen within the precinct boundaries but that is rare as the County Chairmen tend to try to micro manage and hold a few meetings where anywhere from dozens to a half dozen precincts meet.   Traditionally this has been done on a Tuesday night in late January. The County has some control as they dole out the paperwork with the number of delegates in each precinct. In the coming weeks we will be publishing precinct meeting info as it becomes available.     The State GOP Convention date and place has already been set. Saturday, April 10 at Cox Convention.     So far only two counties have publicized meeting dates. Tulsa and Oklahoma County.     Oklahoma County is organizing by House Districts as they have done for years. This will be held on Saturday February 27th at the Stoney Creek Convention Center in Broken Arrow.     We will have more precinct meeting info later on. Due to the Chinese virus and the holidays a lot of the counties have not yet met to finalize the convention and precinct meeting schedule.   If you are a County GOP official please send us your precinct meeting/convention info when it is available and we will publicize the events.                   January 6th is Going to be a Historical Day Will Fraud Win Out Over Democracy?   Next Wednesday a joint session of Congress will meet to count the electoral college votes and certify an incoming president elect. Either fraud will win or Democracy will win but each and every one of us must do our part.   There will be a rally in Washington DC that day but Oklahoma is so far away it is best to add our voices from here. We sent a charter bus to DC back in 2009, it would cost around $600 per person at a minimum with no hotel stays, meaning 30 hour grueling bus trips there and back. Plenty of Okies are car pooling, a few are flying in, but the amount of money spent would be better spent elsewhere in our opinion after having done this once in 2009.   There will be a rally at the Capitol on Wednesday at noon put on by the Drive for 45 group. They might actually have a rally or they might just meet up and put on one of their signature convoys to drive around the city.     The best use of your time is calling and emailing our Congressional delegation either to thank them for speaking out and agreeing to protest the fraudulent electoral votes from the six states or to demand they join the rest of the Oklahoma delegation in supporting overturning the fraudulent votes.   Here is a list of our Congressional delegation and if they are doing the right thing or not:   SENATE Inhofe, James M. - (R – OK) Inhofe has been quoted in several publications saying he was going to object to the fraudulent votes. (202) 225-6165 (405) 329-6500       I wonder what will happen next?   Upcoming Stories     We are working some corruption stories for next week or the week after.  First is an update on the Wagoner County Commissioner James Hanning accusations of child molestation of his step daughter.   There are some sources that have come forward and they recount some amazing allegations and details that  make the accusations even more difficult to brush aside.   Another story is about a rogue assistant prosecutor fired from one county over a felony charge that was hushed up only to be hired by another county prosecutor.   To top it off the assistant prosecutor got a case dismissed due to Brady violations and chewed out by an honest judge in a case that shows he has a history of filing flimsy charges that he himself ought to have wound up in prison on.
