Comrade Chris Kannady Slandering the U.S. on Russian TV
Pro Tem Race for the House Dips Down Into the Bottom of the Barrel
Word is that Ross, Lepack, O'Donnell, and believe it or not, Chris Kannady are vying for the House Pro Tem slot this year. Ross always runs and seldom gets more than his own vote. Lepack is said to be up on policy and capable and O'Donnell is said to have the largest chance of actually winning with widespread support.
Of the four, O'Donnell has the best Trump Index score at 70%, very respectable. Lepack comes in second at 60%, Kannady at 40%, and Ford comes in a 30%
But really, Chris Kannady running for anything other than the Oklahoma border? I mean the guy is a complete dirt bag with multiple allegations of sexual assault laid against him, only one of which was dealt with by the white wash “investigation” a few years back. He likes his liquor and is a loose cannon when drinking if the accusations are to be believed.
Then there is the Russian TV scandal, with old Kannady right there in his Marine uniform attacking the U.S. for not coddling a Afghan terrorist that was accused of killing an Afghan and severely wounding two U.S. soldiers after tossing a hand grenade into their vehicle. Comrade Kannady signed up to defend the accused terrorist and seems to have bragged about walking the guy right out of Gitmo. And then had the balls to attack the U.S. for not flying him and his fellow defense attorneys back to get the terrorist set back up in Afghanistan.
Then there is the attack on conservatives a few years back where Kannady bundled Washington D.C. money and attacked and took out six very conservative House members, calling conservatives a “cancer” upon the state that must be cut out. And the dirt bag bragged about doing it.
Then there is the FBI probe into Kannady's dealings and pay to play accusations, sidelined for a while by the Chinese virus attack, but according to our sources the probe hasn't gone away. When you chase down the rabbit trails you are told that they have signed a non disclosure agreement with certain federal government agencies and are unable to comment on their part in any investigation of Kannady. Others have claimed that letters have been sent out informing third parties that they were identified in taped conversations during the investigation.
This is common, the U.S. Attorney's Office sends out certified letters to notify anyone that the FBI has secretly recorded their conversations or phone calls as part of a federal corruption investigation. This usually done for those not being charged with anything, just legal notice that their phone call was recorded and that call might have been innocuous in nature but just swept up in the chase. I doubt that anyone implicated is going to get a letter from the U.S. Attorney, armed men with handcuffs are likely to show up instead. You can read about the process at this link and yes, politicians are this arrogant and stupid as to get caught.
Usually these letters go out near the very end of the investigation both as a legal requirement to the innocents caught up in the dragnet and as a way of stirring things up to see what might come forward. You can bet that before the letters are sent out they have what they need to prosecute and win a case, this is a chance for the rats to turn on each other and to reach out to prosecutors to make a deal.
Which all begs the question; how can anyone be so deluded that they would support Chris Kannady for Pro Tem of the House? Coming out in public would immediately implicate them into all of Kannady's sordid affairs, earn the disgust of conservatives, and ultimately be doomed to lose so much more than they ever stood to gain by involving themselves with Kannady.
Our opinion knowing what we know and what we publish, is that this is an act of desperation by Kannady, a last gasp at power in the hope that he might show the investigators that he has local support. Kannady is far too tainted to win the support of clear thinking peers.
