Fake Republicans Calling Others 'Fake'

McDugle has been carrying on an affair for over a year,
while still married.

The Term "Stolen Valor" Should Also be Applied to Republicans that Refuse to Follow the Party Platform

McDugle, 2018 Platform Index Score of 24 and
Josh West, 2018 Platform Index Score of 11,

Slander a True Conservative with a 2018 Platform Index score of 92

It would appear that the intimidation tactics used by leadership of the State House of Representatives is going to continue. We have discussed this problem before, when it involved the same individual member of the alleged leadership team in the House. Now, without doing his due diligence, this same legislator has made it personal by seeing that a man was booted from the Disabled Veterans of America. If he and the DAV official would have taken the time to do a little research, they would have seen that the individual he targeted was an Honorary Member. He earned it through the work he has accomplished for Disabled Veterans.

What brought our attention to this abuse of power was this article by the news site Non- Doc. This has now gone to far. In addition to this current action, we'll quote from our own article of a few weeks ago, "The new group, Oklahoma Tax Payers Unite, had a press conference on the 4th floor and as a gentleman legislator was walking toward the press room; Rep. Josh West began screaming at him for attending the press conference. This Josh West, a fairly large and imposing military man began screaming YOU'RE STARTING A CIVIL WAR! A Capitol Police Officer had to intervene." Apparently, Mr. West s of the opinion that every legislator in the House should follow the leadership's corrupt ways and just do what they are told. We find this to be a politically correct, and morally incorrect position to hold.

SoonerPolitics.org interviewed Rep. Ritze in his office. Here you'll find this article from a Licensed and practicing physician who suspects that Mr. West suffers from PTSD. Most combat Veterans, including the one on our staff, suffer some extent of PTSD. Veterans tend to deny they are suffering from it and never seek help with the problem. The failure to seek help often ends with the Veteran getting involved with law enforcement, divorce and is the primary cause of the death of an average of 22 Veterans a day from suicide. Our team member knows how to identify it and actually works with returning Veterans to try and get them the help they are in desperate need of. Those simple four letters, PTSD, can even reach a point where a Veteran can't even buy a weapon to defend his family with thanks to the U.S. House and Senate.

We went back to www.ok.gov to look at his biography page again. You can read it here.. We failed to locate any evidence of his having attended a military academy. Just to be sure, we even went to www.votesmart.org and looked at his biography at this page. Once again, we found no evidence of him having attended a military college. That would indicate hat he attended ROTC while in school, or that he went from enlisting straight to Officer's Candidate School.

We do understand that he was wounded. We thank him for his sacrifice, but just because you were an officer in the military and are part of the House Leadership, doesn't give him the right to belittle a respected Representative in front of other people. It doesn't give him the right to through a temper tantrum like any three-year-old would do for not getting his way. This is a representative Republic that was designed to prevent tyrannical rule, and he's an up and coming tyrant.

Then we found this article from www.GrandLakeNews.com. We can't help but wonder why an individual with only one year of experience as a Representative would be selected for a leadership position? There is a term they use for it in military circles, but our ethics prevent us from using that term. His type of leadership is the type that gets people killed.

We next found this article. We find this article to be incomplete. Yes, they do remember his military service, but there is something missing. Since his medical retirement he has developed a job resume that seems to indicate that he is incapable of maintaining a steady job for a period longer than two years. This combined with his rants and raves at his fellow legislators is an indication that something is wrong. His conduct is definitely not that of a leader.

Then we come to this article . Now this is where him and his partner in crime made a mistake. They're upset, but they compounded it with this mistake. Not only are they unaware of all the facts, they just couldn't resist bragging about it. We now have a claim from an individual who feels like he can run the legislature like a military organization, we also have an individual who abandoned his wife and children for a woman he found on the cheating web site Ashley Madison.com. They sure set a fine example of bad examples of how people should behave. This raises a question on the leadership of the Speaker. There has been no move what so ever to discipline these two individuals for this outlandish behavior.

We went to this site about campaign finance reports. Much to our surprise we were unable to locate a single document regarding his campaign. So, we looked elsewhere for the documents.

We next went to www.followthemoney.org to see what information they may have. We found this report from his campaign in 2016. This report indicates that there were numerous individual donors to his campaign. It also indicates that a vast majority of his donor were from the very people who were trying to prevent a tax increase on their businesses. We can't help but wonder if he plans to run the Oklahoma State Chamber of Commerce. With $6.1 billion dollars in tax breaks they already give the businesses, they should have cut back there instead of raising the taxes on those who can least afford it. It sure didn't take long to corrupt the man.

We next went to the Sooner Tea Party web site and looked at voting issues that are important to the working people of Oklahoma. Below is a list of how Mr. West did.

  • HB 1010 xx Teacher tax. Voted yea, a liberal vote
  • HB 1011xx deductions cap at $17.000. Voted Nay a conservative vote
  • HB 1019xx Out of state sales tax collection Voted Yea, a liberal vote
  • HB 1023xx Teacher pay raise, Voted Yea, a liberal vote. The loser's in this were the school children.
  • HB 1024 xx State worker pay increase, Voted Yea, a liberal vote. Unlike teacher's they've had a pay raise in the last decade.
  • HB 1026Xx School support staff pay increase. Voted Yea, a liberal vote. Our public schools have far too many administrators than necessary. They should have cut the payroll instead.
  • HB 2950 Prohibits sale of 4-gauge wire, Voted Yea, a liberal vote. Stop micro-managing people's lives.
  • HB 3042 Talihina Veterans Center Bonds, Voted Yea, a liberal vote. Here they're going to build a new facility and just abandon the perfectly good facility they have. They should invest in more quality care givers instead. Maybe then we would get a valid report on the death of a Veteran that had grub worms in his open sores.
  • HB 3369 anti 2nd Amendment bill, Voted Yea, a liberal vote. He may be an NRA member, but he doesn't believe we should be armed.
  • HB 3375 dice and roulette gambling extension, Voted Yea, a liberal vote. The only thing gambling is good for whoever owns the Casino's
  • HB 3407 Mandates OKIE call before digging on property. Voted Yea, a liberal vote. Once again trying to micro-manage the citizens. The citizens are already responsible for the damage repair bill.
  • HB 3439 DNA collection on misdemeanor. Voted Yea, a liberal vote. Do we really need a DNA database on people with traffic citations?
  • HJR 1029 ethics commission 2-year lobbyist ban, Voted Yea, a liberal vote. Most legislators go to that profession after they are term limited because they already have the contacts
  • SB 888 end wind tax credits. Voted Yea, a Conservative vote. They later on began consideration of extending the tax credit.
  • SB 923 expansion of the Quality Jobs Program, Voted Yea, why expand a program that has lost millions of dollars already.
  • SB 1252 Events incentive act. Voted Yea, a liberal vote. This is nothing but Corporate welfare
  • SB 1287 Spreading rumors bill, Voted Yea, a liberal vote. This is more corporate welfare
  • SB 1584 Conservation bond debt, Voted Yea, a liberal vote. Financing with bonds is always a bad idea. It wouldn't be necessary if the corporations would lose some of their welfare.
  • SB 1590 bond issue prisons. Voted Yea, a liberal vote. Prison crowding has been a problem for decades. Each legislative session we get the same old kick the can down the road. They first tried private prisons, then stiffer penalties and are now giving more lenient penalties. They've got the manpower, they need to put that man power to use and teach the non-violent offenders a trade that they can use once they are released.

Apparently, the people at the Disabled American Veterans didn't bother to check on the legislator who was wrongfully singled out either. We found this article from a local news station that broadcast the entire episode. That was completely unnecessary and a good look at the animus between the individuals. It also demonstrates the lack of control that the Speaker has. It is truly time for the citizens to unite and they've started with the petition to overturn the tax increases.

Then we found this blog post where they actually took the time to check it out. Isn't remarkable what you can find on the internet. All they had to do was try. It appears that they were to interested to attempt to shame someone. We've seen this tactic before. It's used by groups like Antifa, BLM, and the Democratic party. We don't need that here in Oklahoma. One of the commentators mentioned that the DAV gives out lifetime "Hobart membership" and also that the DAV does give out the hats or covers to supporters.

In closing all we can say is that if Mr. West or Mr. McDugle was an officer, we would find no single crew member that would follow him in combat. West's search for glory cost him his military career, and we truly hate to hear that. He's not as much of a leader that he thinks he is. We all know that military officers are in charge of their units. We are also that it's the non-commissioned officers that make it happen. We need leaders in the state, not glory hounds seeking their 15 minutes of fame by bullying and intimidating his fellow legislators.
