Special Note:
Last week we were told by a mole inside House Leadership that they waited until we had published to send out the list of bills for Monday. We wanted to outlast House Leadership tonight and delay publication till they released their Agenda for tomorrow's legislative session but it is after ten thirty pm as we finish up the newsletter and the good guys need some sleep so we are going to publish without that info.
Okay Jon and Chris, you win, send the agenda out please. It is safe now. Legislators are waiting up for it and calling me.
