A Civil Asset Forfeiture Law We Agree On
State Rep Sean Roberts got a wonderful bill passed on the 27th, one allowing law enforcement to seize vehicles and property of illegal aliens if the illegal has a criminal past in the U.S.. Even better, cities that decline to follow the law and allow their jurisdictions to become sanctuary areas for illegals can be sued if citzens are victimized by criminal illegal aliens.
The HB4136 passed along party lines at 8 – 5.
