Forrest "Butch" Freeman's Son Arrested for Child Porn in December of 2017

On December 5th the son of Oklahoma County Treasurer Butch Freeman was arrested for the possession and distribution of child porn along with violation of the Computer Crimes Act yet the arrest doesn't appear in the OSCN.net court records search.
There were two old arrests that appear to belong to the son, Forest Nelson Freeman III, both in the late eighties, one for bogus check (not bounced check) and the other was a mix of second degree burglarly charges and possession of stolen property. Is it the same man? Date of birth match and the town and zip code match. Both were dismissed, after restitution in one of the cases, and after payment of fines and costs in the other case, paid for by what appears to be Butch Freeman himself.
Freeman worked as the technology director at the Choctaw-Nicoma Park School System and we know that one of the Freeman son's or a son in law was responsible for programming voting machines at the Oklahoma County Election board.
The investigation came out of Edmond PD after their child porn department found a local computer sharing files on a file sharing network and they tracked down the IP address to Freeman's home. During the warranted search Freeman refused to hand over passwords and told his wife to do the same but the authorities seized the electronics and cracked them open and claimed to find more than 300 child porn pictures of girls between the age of two and twelve years old. If true, these are true pedophile type images, not hebephilia and ephebophilia behavior, hebephilia being the attraction to or obsession with post pubescent children (11 to 14) and ephebophilia being the attraction to or obsession with older teenagers. (15 to 19). Pedophiles are true monsters compared to hebephilia and ephebophilia perverts.
Upon the return to the home to arrest Freeman he was nowhere to be found, some family members allegedly told police that other"family" members were hiding Freeman so that he didn't have to spend the weekend in jail. He was later booked into the Oklahoma County Jail on Monday and released on bond.
Oklahoma County Butch Freeman did put out a statement asking for privacy and saying that "My first priority is for my son and his family, whom I dearly love. I ask for your prayers for all concerned. As this is a legal matter involving my son and not me, it would be inappropriate for me to make any further comment."
Not sure that prayers are going to help a suspected child porn distributor and lets face it, unless it was distributed to earn money the likelihood of the son being a true pedophile is very, very, high if not certain if found guilty and convicted. Still, one would think that a politician would be more concerned about the children in those 300 images and less concerned about the people that created the pictures, distrubuted the pictures, and either molested or exploited the innocent children in the images. And yes, I imagine that a politician wants "privacy" for the family so that his role as parent in having and raising such an accused son.
So where are the charges filed in this case? . We had a private investigator run the name through the federal Pacer system with no result and then as a test they ran Forest Freeman through another data base and it brought up all the federal cases in the name of Forest Freeman, meaning Butch Freeman's cases but the son's child porn charges were still not showing up.

As it turns out Oklahoma County District Attorney David Prater has refused to file the charges after nearly two months. Normally an arraignment docket entry is made for one month after the arrest give or take and that was done but on January 5th the case was noted as "No file" meaning that Prater had not filed the charges. The arraingment was continued for another month, it comes up again tomorrow, and if the Forest Nelson Freeman the III shows up and no charges are filed yet the arraignment will be once again continued. How long can Prater keep this up? The record we believe was two years on a DUI case for a supporter of his.
