STP has mostly focused on state politics other than a brief foray into Oklahoma City politics back in 2010. Then three candidates from a local conservative Church filed for City Council seats and the fight was on. The Oklahoman blistered us and they blistered them, including a story of how the Church was training young children in the use of automatic weapons. That a page one sub headline, at the very last paragraph of the story buried back on page ten they admitted that a state game ranger gave a gun safety class to kids at their annual summer camp and as part of his show he demonstrated firing an AR-15.

The good news is that generally the groups and activists sort out into two groups; those working for the movement and those working for themselves or a higher politician.

Three weeks ago we published Part II of the expose on Lying Cindy Byrd and her “audit” of the Epic Charter School. The attempt to steal the election came up and we focused on national issues but now it is time to get back to breaking down the lies used by the State Auditor Office.

 

The first huge lie was about the teacher retirement system payments and we included the actual emails proving exactly how Epic was instructed to report retirement pay to the system and exactly how to calculate the money owed to the retirement fund.

 

The second huge lie was Chapter 5 on the learning fund and how it was calculated. Again, we provided the actual contract pages and LEA forms where Epic had actually circled the numbers that were REQUIRED to be used by charter schools by the SDE and the State Charter School Board.

In the photo above the one of the far left is an enabler, as are the two on the far right. From left to right, Charlie Potts, Pam Pollard, David McLain, Carol McLarty, and Steve Curry. These were the 2019 and early 2020 GOP leaders. McLarty has since been replaced, Pam Pollard taking McLarty's National Committee Woman slot and Steve Curry continuing on as National Committee Man. A never Trumper/RINO Shane Jemison was elected to GOP Vice Chairman after these RINOs had pretty much driven the conservative GOP Vice Chair from the position.

 

Potts is salvageable, a go along get a long chap. Both McLarty and Curry are nice people but both were and are enablers of McLain's wild and irresponsible spending last summer. McLarty actually talked McLain out of submitting his resignation after the truth came out about his prolific waste of Republican donations and his sordid background was exposed. And do I need to mention that the last GOP balance sheet was provided to the public about a year and a half ago? Who knows the financial state of the GOP since.

Lankford Running for Cover

Senator Lankford was running for cover this week after coming out with comments on a Tulsa area radio show that were damaging to President Trump and supporting Joe Biden. You can find the stories all over the internet but basically Lankford threatened to “step in” on Friday if Bide wasn't given the national security briefings on a continual basis. But Biden is clearly compromised thanks to the Hunter Biden laptop scandal, with China, Russian, and Ukraine, and lord knows what other countries.

 

The Oklahoma GOP Chairman, David McLain also posted a post on the official GOP Facebook page, a re post from the radio station that tried to do some damage control. The comments by the regular folks were not having it and they eviscerated Lankford like I have never seen a politician eviscerated, and on the official GOP Facebook page to boot.

As we have already discussed AJ Farete, the newcomers to politics need to know who the conservative Republicans have been fighting against for the last decade. These RINOs pretty much know that they have to infiltrate the new groups, curry favor, and try their best to poison the well against the actual conservatives. They know the truth will come out and need to sow mistruth to blunt the truth.

Oklahoma GOP State General Counsell AJ Farete put out the following statement on Facebook earlier this week:

 

“What do 2004 (WA), 2008 (MN) and 2010 (AK) have in common? Elections and legal challenges of elections in those years had meaningful evidence of fraud OR a significant legal basis to win and failed, each for one reason or another. Why do I raise these? Because each of them had a stronger legal basis than President Trump does this year and still failed.

 

Many of you have texted interesting legal theories and questions trying to poke holes in the election outcome. My answer has been that any valid challenge should have occurred far prior to the election and involved auditing the voter lists and questioning the authority to issue absentees in a blanket fashion.

 

Unfortunately its time for some cold water: Joe Biden defeated Donald Trump. The next elections are in two and four years. Use the motivation to push through for those future wins.”

This was widely copied and pasted on Facebook groups by credible people. And as you can see below Fe-rat admitted that he posted the info and stood by it as accurate.

This week conservative legislators started the idea of doing a petition amount elected officials in support of Trump challenging the stolen election and asking for an investigation of the voter fraud. While this is symbolic at best, showing Trump that we have his back will enable him to stand his ground that much easier and prevail.

 

Problem is that quite a few of the RINO legislators trying hard to act like they love and support Trump and his agenda are going to look at this petition like it is a turd in the punch bowl. RINOs hate committing to things like this as it pisses off their Never Trumper and RINO donors and supporters.

Four congressmen or Senators responded of the seven asked. Tom Cole with a recorded statement read by his staffer, Senator Inhofe with a email pointing to a Tulsa World article outlining his views, and Senator Lankford with a pile of steaming hot stinking excuses shoveled inexpertly by his staff.

 

Only Frank Lucas responded in writing:

“I was thrilled President Trump overwhelmingly carried the great state of Oklahoma in 2020. As was evident on Election Day, Oklahomans support a conservative, common-sense government, which was reflected by the more than 1 million Oklahomans who voted for President Trump. As questions remain concerning the 2020 Presidential Election, I believe President Trump is well within his right to call for the investigation of alleged voting irregularities and fraud where evidence exists. America’s judicial system has long been an unbiased, independent part of our government, and I believe they’ll continue to uphold the laws of our land and offer a fair, transparent judgment to the 2020 election.”

We have a lot of newcomers to politics with the influx of Trump Stop the Steal attendees signing up for our newsletter. I told them that I wasn't the guy that entertained them and motivated them; I was the guy that told them what needs done to fix this mess and protect our President. And that is to hold accountable every single Republican elected official including Party officials, that refused to actively and proactively support our President.

 

And all that starts with a GOP that has zero back bone. Our immediate need is to show the petition list of hundreds of Republican voters that attend the rally demanding that our Congressmen and Senators get out NOW and defend Trump and stop the crooked voter fraud. That is below at the end of our newsletter.

 

But our next task is to put some heavy backbone in the Republican Party to prevent this voter fraud from ever happening again AND to force the RINOs to follow Trump's agenda and enact it at the state level if the voter fraud succeeds, God forbid. So we need new Republican leadership at the upcoming April or May GOP convention. And there has been an effort underway with dozens of people meeting and planning on doing something about this mess. To do this we need fresh Republicans to flood into the Party, enough to get the old renewed and back on purpose or to flush them out and install true conservative Republicans to leadership.

Oklahoma GOP Chairman David McLain Humiliated at Rally in OKC

 

Longtime readers know of the character of GOP Chairman David McLain and the massive problems caused by the man since he was elected a few years back. Nearly bankrupting the party to the point that they had to fire most of the help, tens of thousands of new credit card debt, donations drying up, and finally the Party being sold out to a few major RINO donors to keep the lights on.

 

They will also remember that Sooner Tea Party was one of the key players that made it possible for McLain to win and that we paired him with a very conservative Vice Chair and McLain was told point blank that it was to be a team effort. Then we watched as the Vice Chair was told to pound sand, that we intervened and thought the kinks were worked out only to see McLain sell everyone out.

 

Then we did a deep background search on the guy and found he was a fraudster that had systematically looted nine paint stores in a bankruptcy in his previous state, Georgia wasn't it?

Combined Forces on Saturday

 

Mayor Brian Hobbs of Newkirk thought the people needed to get involved and that they would be in a mood to do just that so he scheduled a rally on the South Plaza of the Capitol on Saturday at one pm. Unknown to us another group had also pulled a permit one hour earlier and no one knew who they were.

 

Stop the Steal had started out on Facebook and became a victim of their own success when Facebook shut them down. They alleged that violence was advocated, okay, might have been an emotional nobody saying something stupid, you report the post and delete the post. Far more likely their growth from start to over 300,000 members was what caused Facebook to delete their page and ban them.

 

But the fire was lit and thousands of Stop the Steal rallies have sprung up. Completely organic and uncontrolled, raw grass roots power. So after Mayor Hobbs had set up the Stop the Steal organizers were located and agreed to combine forces. They did a quick speech on their purpose, did a animated chant, and then turned things over to Mayor Hobbs.

State Idiot/Auditor Cindy Byrd Using Opinion Instead of State Law on Accounting Codes Used by the State Department of Education

 

 

Three weeks ago we exposed the lies that Lying Cindy Byrd  had told at her press conference and used in her hatchet job of an audit and we covered another section of the “audit” last week.

The third huge lie was over the Accountability and Oversight section of her “audit”, where it was shown that the State Department of Education, the State Virtual Charter School Board, Rose State College, Epic itself, and the Communities Strategies school board were all doing audits, SDE had done over 60  reviews in the past three years alone.

 

This week we are picking one more of the many other lies made in Lying Cindy's “audit”. The categories below are from Lying Cindy's own “audit” and the three already addressed are in green type. The one we will cover in this issue is in blue type.

  There is an old Chinese saying that there are three things you cannot hide for long. The sun, the moon, and the truth. And sometimes the truth is helped along by the most unlikely sources of info. A few years back in Rogers County there was quite a confrontation involving a grand jury petition aimed at the local D.A. and a bunch of other cops or other public employees. The grand jury led to no charges but it did generate a lawsuit against the local paper and one reporter/social worker/auditor/pizza parlor worker.

 

  Meet Salesha Wilken, probably one of the most unqualified people we have ever researched for a story and she managed to be unqualified in a half dozen jobs so far in her checkered career.
