GOP Chairman David McLain Enabling Voter Fraud?
Here is is nearly seven months since a state committee meeting much less a budget for the GOP and GOP Chairman David McLain is back in the news for enabling voter fraud if not outright part of the fraud. Remember his highly paid assistant? One Frances Tom Demont of California? Sucking down $3,000 per month till McLain bankrupted the GOP and had to ask the national GOP for a $20,000 bailout. Demont was fired, or quit because there was no money to pay him we are told, yet as no one has seen the GOP books since August of last year it is anyone's guess.
Yet on January 30th Demont shows up at the precinct meetings, is appointed delegate, with Tulsa County GOP Chairman Bob Jack said to have vouched for Demont when he was challenged as a delegate by an attendee.
Then a few days later Demont shows up at the Tulsa County Rules Committee meeting and once again someone challenged Demont's right to attend as a member of the Rules Committee but Demont was seated and the meeting was held.
And as it turns out, Demont wasn't even registered to vote in the state.
Frances Thomas Demont had applied to be registered, on the very day of the precinct meeting but it wasn't till the 12th of February that he was approved and a few days later might have received his voter ID card in the mail. Now at our precinct meetings we were required to show our voter ID card, why was Demont given clearance to attend or be a delegate without an ID card?
And it gets more interesting. The residence listed on his voter application turned out to be a... uncompleted vacant house that has been sitting vacant and incomplete for about four years...owned by non other than GOP Chairman David McLain. The mailing address is at a UPS package mailing store that also offers post office boxes, about 23 miles away from the Owasso address listed as Demont's residence.
Now his house has construction debris around it, has had the door kicked in, and looking through the windows shows no carpet, no trim, even the interior doors are sitting in their door frames and leaning against the walls. The house isn't livable, there doesn't even appear to be utilities connected to the home. No appliances, wire is incomplete so there couldn't be electricity. Not even owned by Demont so he cannot claim that he intends to live there or is paying rent. Perhaps he is camping out, crapping in a bucket, living the hobo life.

Now think about this, Demont was drawing a paycheck off the GOP for six months without even bothering to register to vote. Then he registers on the day of the precinct meetings and is not yet approved or in possession of a voter ID card, then his old boss David McLain has allowed him to use the address of a unfinished vacant home. No one knows where Demont actually lives or if he is even an Oklahoma resident as his wife lives in California.
