Pam Pollard Gives OKGOP A Parting Lawsuit

Coal County GOP Officers Ousted by GOP Chairman Pam Pollard's Corruption File a Lawsuit
Once again outgoing GOP Chairman Pam Pollard is acting up. She ousted a duly elected GOP Party County Chairman and Vice Chair after asking for proof of Republican voter status and receiving the same.
The ousted County GOP Chairman was Thomas Wayne Fritz and he filed suit against the Oklahoma GOP Party on April 4th. Fritz sent out the following email to STP and others on Friday April 5th:

Yesterday I filed a lawsuit against Chair Pam Pollard in care of the OKGOP. It is attached (PDF). The lawsuit also cites the State Election Board, the County Election Board, and refers to other parties about possible collusion with in an effort to sabotage my Republican voter registration status, among other things.

I understand Chair Pollard relied upon her general counsel AJ Ferate for direction on this matter, but they are clearly not reading relevant Oklahoma law or even following relevant party rules.
Why? Perhaps because they didn’t get who they want elected. I’m really not sure but I do find it odd behavior especially since my county, Coal County, hadn’t organized in about 9-10 years I think. One would think they would support us, not attack us.
I never imagined this would come to this. My family and I love President Trump, the principles of the GOP, and wish this wouldn’t have come to this but if good men sit back and do nothing in the face of others violating law for their own political agenda, shame on them. I was raised to stand up and fight to do the right thing, even for those around me and that includes fighting to protect the constitutional rights of voters and duly elected office holders, especially for those in my home county.
If they reverse their actions, I’ll be glad to consider withdrawing my case as early as today so that we may have a peaceful state convention and smooth transition of power, this weekend. If they do not, we will proceed with the full force and effect of the law and party rules.
For any questions, please email me at thomaswayne89@yahoo.com.
Even in the face of these things, I remain calm and collected. I am at peace with this because I know we are right on this issue and we are fighting to protect our rights.
Best regards,
-Thomas Wayne

p.s., if you want to know why the rule changes were probably sent around late, please refer the RECOMMENDED RULE CHANGE #1 THAT CHAIR POLLARD sent to us authorized delegates. Coal county GOP organized on March 15 and the “Harmon County Rule Change #1” was sent around way after that. Now I’m hearing there was possible-collusion with a pay to play consultant out of Durant in other counties that may have given pointers on that one…not just potentially in Harmon County for this proposed rule change that magically relates to our situation in Coal county….again, I believe this “rule change 1” was sent around WAY AFTER the Coal County GOP Convention….come on! Wow!

STATE PARTY RULE CHANGE #1
(Submitted by Harmon County) “Recommended by State Central Committee to be passed”

(MAKES THE VOTER REGISTRATION DEADLINE DEC 31ST TO BE
A REPUBLICAN PARTY OFFICER OR DELEGATE)

Rule 3-Rights and Qualifications of Members and Officers

(b) Officers and Delegates: No person shall be eligible to be elected or appointed as an officer or a member of any committee of the Republican Party or as a delegate or alternate delegate to any county, district, state, or national convention, nor to be endorsed for any position on the Republican National Committee, unless such person is, at the time of such election, appointment, or endorsement, a qualified registered Republican voter of the political unit which such position represents BY DECEMBER 31st IN THE YEAR IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE ELECTION OR APPOINTMENT. Any such office, position, or endorsement shall become vacant and shall be deemed revoked when any such officer, delegate, alternate delegate, or committee member shall cease to be a qualified registered Republican voter, as defined by State law, of the unit represented.

At this point few are sure of exactly what went down at that Coal County convention and what the motivation is for the people that organized this county GOP election. It does appear that two campaign consultants are battling things out, John Fritz, and Holly Gerard.
