Democrats & Other Imposters Vote To Give Millions To Wind Corporations

Democrats Working to Justify Keeping Wind Tax Credits

We get it, the Democrats are way out of power and desperate to get some campaign donations to run for office but their support for corporate welfare wind tax credits last week made them look hypocritical. David Van of Sooner Politics wrote an excellent story that laid out the hypocrisy.

Getting away from the part of the working man they tried to help carve out $74,000,000 for the wind energy lobby, an anomaly as nearly all of the Democrats hail from urban areas or from the Southeast part of the state where there are no wind turbines.

The attempt failed and the bill that made the wind credits non refundable passed by 51 to 46. No longer can the wind turbine companies come to the state with a warrant for $50 million dollars when they are paying zero taxes. Now they can use the credits to offset their taxes. Perhaps the credits can be sold on the thriving state tax credit market for fifty cents on the dollar. But at least someone will be offsetting some tax instead of the state having to write a fifty million dollar check with no warning.

Matt 'Made in China' Pinnell

'Made in China' Matt Pinnell

Last Tuesday night I attended the Konawa Tea Party to hear Gubernatorial candidate Gary Richardson speak and had to suffer through a speech by former GOP chairman Matt Pinnell. Pinnell is a RINO and hated by most of the Tea Party, 912 community, and the Ron Paul activists. So Matt is bragging on his accomplishments, his wife's accomplishments as an inventor, and his plans for bringing jobs to Oklahoma. As part of this, while bragging about his wife inventing a shopping cart hammock for babies, he mentioned his big warehouse in Bixby.

My ears perk up, warehouse, not factory.... and his wife is the inventor of the product so it would be obvious that she would also be making the product, right? Or importing it from China more likely. I had to force myself to behave and not ask where the product was manufactured but once I got home I did a quick Google search and found out that Lt. Governor candidate Matt Pinnell is indeed shipping jobs to China, Jiagang China specifically.

The Missing $230 Million In County Road Money

Holy Cow, Almost a Quarter Billion Dollars Missing or Unaccounted for in ODOT Alone

David Van over at Sooner Politics picked up a story from Ada where some local prosecutors are investigating nearly a quarter billion dollars from ODOT accounts.    Read the story and start contacting your local media and the officials in the story about why this isn't front page news.

This brings home the need to audit every single agency using an outside auditor with the findings being posted online immediately after the audit is finished.  This is money that was being held in trust for counties and towns, and now it is missing.

Has this happened before?  Yes, Preston Doerflinger raided the Rainy Day Fund with impunity and now some are asking if he or Mary Fallin have raided these road funds as well.

John Bennett: Kick'n 'McDugle' & Taking Names

Rep. John Bennett Kicking...McDugle.. and Taking Names

Rep John Bennett weighed in in the wind tax credit fight last week with a gleam in his eye. John didn't file for office this year so he is free to poke the sacred cows at the Capitol. He was in fine form and as outspoken as ever.

Soft-On-Crime Sob Story of the Week

Coddled Criminal Soft on Crime Sob Story of the Week

Meet Mario D. Cherry, AKA Mario D. Bump, Bump Cherry, Cherry Milton, Mario Cherry, Bunk Cherry, and Bumploc, a career criminal who loves soft on crime legislators and liberal voters that think being soft on criminals does anything other than dumping the criminals back out on the street faster so they can break into your home again.
Cherry shows up on the record when he was nineteen years old in 1991 , on charges of keeping a place to sell drugs, earning a one year sentence, then again in 1993 on multiple charges of using a firearm in a crime, drug possession, possession with intent to distribute. He earned around 27 years of sentencing, various four year terms, a six year term, and a seven year term. He was in and out quickly but went right back into prison probably for parole violations, coming out in 1997, out again in 2000, back in in 2003, hop scotching around between the street and prison.

A Tale of Tattered Textbooks

April 22nd 2018 Newsletter

A Tale of Tattered Text Books
Oh the propaganda that Oklahoma was subjected to the last few weeks including the much used pictures of tattered textbooks used as proof that Oklahoma education funding had been slashed. Of course it was manufactured propaganda as school bond money is used for textbooks and local school districts pass bond issues all the time for such needs.

One district in particular that was using this manufactured propaganda was Tulsa district. Tulsa had passed $970,000,000 in bonds since 2010. $354,000,000 in 2010, $38,000,000 in 2013, and $415,000,000 in 2015 which had $138,435,000 earmarked for textbooks and classroom materials.

In all $23,480.38 per student was raised in school bonds alone, all earmarked for textbooks, building repair, and transportation infrastructure. So if there were videos and pictures of moldy schools and tattered books it was mismanagement of tax dollars and bond dollars, not a lack of citizens paying taxes to support education.

Sallisaw Is Just One Example of Bloated School Administration

It's Ten O'clock, Do You Know What Your School District Administration is Paid?

Anyone remember that phrase? Some news casts would ask that, "It's Ten O'clock, do you know where your children are?" But in the wake of the disgusting and disturbing gathering of union thugs striking at the Capitol we need to educate readers and legislators alike on the kind of pay scales being paid in even the smallest of school districts. Usually the highest paid employees in a county will be public school teachers or administrators.

This post by the Tulsa World allows you to select any school district in the state and see their highest paid employees and see each and every salary paid listed with benefits and without along with the job description.

We choose Sallisaw as an example in the picture above, a small town on the far East side of the state, split by I-40, the House District of Rep. John Bennett. Sallisaw struck for higher pay and increased funding and sent plenty of union thugs to the Capitol and they stayed here till the strike fizzled out last week.

Oops! We Spoke Too Soon!

 Opps, We Spoke too Soon...

Darn, we made the mistake of bragging on Democrat Scott Inman last Sunday only to see his wife file for divorce on Monday. Makes you wonder if she reads the newsletter and we triggered her.... We were impressed that Inman had swallowed his pride, took himself out of the running for Governor, and had apparently rescued his relationship with his family.

Inman had a bimbo eruption last year, with wifey cooking off at him in the hallways, in a rage over finding out about his infidelity. The previous year we had outed Inman's rumored affair with a campaign confidant after Inman appeared to be being blackmailed into shutting down his rhetoric against Dan Kirby and William Fourkiller's alleged indiscretions at the Capitol. Initially Inman was quite vocal, then he went silent, until a few days after we outed the allegations of infidelity. Our goal was to inoculate him if he was indeed being blackmailed and get him back into the fray. Of course it was seen as the pot calling the kettle black but at least he was back in the game.

Richardson & McGowan To Speak At Konawa Tea Party, Tuesday

Konawa Tea Party

(4th) Tuesday April 24, 2018 7:00 - 9:00 PM
Kennedy Library - The Dougan Room
Konawa School, 701 W South Street

Speakers:

Gary Richardson - Candidate Gov.!
Brooke McGowan - Tax Reformer!
Matt Pinnell - Candidate Lt. Gov.

McGowan is one of the leaders behind the Tom Coburn backed Oklahoma Taxpayer Unite group that is planning the referendum on the teacher pay raise taxes. Come on down and see her speak about the effort and learn how to get involved in helping to gather the 40,000 signatures needed to allow the people of the state to decide if they want to increase our taxes. The filing of the referendum will freeze both the taxes and the pay increases until after the election.

Gary Richardson will also be speaking about his run for Governor and the issues facing the state. Gary is our favorite choice for that office and as a former U.S. attorney charged with prosecuting the corrupt county commissioners in the 80's he knows how to root out corruption and will not sell his soul to be elected.

Jon Echols, What the Hell Are You Trying To Pull?

Jon Echols, What in the Hell are you Trying to Pull?

Sooner Politics' David Van Risseghem published a heck of a story last week asking why House and Senate leadership was sitting on education reform legislation yet also trying to entice the new anti tax advocacy group Oklahoma Taxpayers Unite to push for an additional state question.

In particular there are several versions of a bill that would put a cap on administration expenditures and other extraneous spending in order to force the spending of 65% of the school budget on classroom instruction, teachers, text books, and supplies, to ensure that the school administrators weren't building multi million dollar soccer fields while classrooms suffered shortages of materials and teachers were under paid. That amount isn't draconian, in fact it is the national average for classroom spending and along with that needs to be a bill that lays out that ONLY teachers that have a full class load schedule are to be considered teachers to prevent principles from teaching one study hall class and seeing their six figure pay called teacher pay expense on the books.

Tax Referendum Getting Set To Launch

Extorted Teacher Tax Referendum About to Launch

The largest tax increase in state history, the first tax increase in 28 years to gain the required 76 votes in the House of Representatives, is facing a referendum vote sometime this year. The new group led by former U.S. Senator Tom Coburn is in the final planning day of writing the petition and applying for the time frame for gathering the needed 40,000+ signatures from registered voters to place the extorted teacher taxes on the ballot.

These taxes were raised in a last ditch effort to prevent a teacher strike, not a good idea in our minds to give in to extortion and union thugs, but they raised over $600 million dollars on gas, diesel, cigarettes and other tobacco, and a hotel tax which was repealed a week later after the hotel lobby generated enough pressure on the legislators.

The House refused to allow the Senate to send the bills back through the House as hours after the vote enough citizen pressure had been applied to remove many of the 76 votes that passed the bill initially. This was sprung upon the House members with an hour's time to read, no notice as usually required, not even any discussion in the GOP caucus.

Drug Counselor's Secret Meth Trafficking Business

Felon, Drug Treatment Counselor,
Sober Living Halfway Home Operator, and Meth Trafficker

Meet Ronald Wendall Nichols, director of the Second Chance Sober Living Treatment Center. After one year working for ODMHSAS Nichols found a way to strip taxpayer dollars from the mental health departments by running sober living homes and pulling in donations from liberals...while also selling drugs.

Right now he is out on bond for drug trafficking meth. When he isn't busy strangling people.

Teaching Certificates Pay Big Money

Time to Get an Education Degree

Okay, if you are a normal Jack or Jill you are working 40 hours a week and 50 weeks pre year minus a handful of holidays, usually unpaid holidays. You are putting in 2000 hours a year plus overtime unless you are salaried and a professional and you might be putting in 3000 hours per year.

As a teacher in the Enid Public School system you will be putting in only 695 actual hours per year according to that link to their contract. The school year is 1080 hours minus a half dozen or so excused days for weather. But as a teacher your work schedule is much, much, less:

The Big Lies of the Teachers Union

Democratic Socialists of America Stand with Oklahoma

How has the Teacher Union Lobby Gained
a 16% Pay Increase in One Year?
With Lies and Damned Lies
What Was Accomplished and What did it Cost Taxpayers?

One of the frustrations of attempting to discuss or debate teacher pay and benefits online whether you be a normal citizen or a legislator defending your vote is the sheer number of lies told by the teacher unions and their minions. This link is one of the "education" websites put up by the unions and what they really are are propaganda sites for those wanting to virtue signal online and of course to spread propaganda to the media and voters. Let's dissect their points one by one:

Here's The Full List of Candidates

there are 4 pages of filings. The tabs are at the bottom of this spreadsheet. A 5th tab has the raw data as we received it from the election board.

Creating Dan Fisher's Sanctuary State

See any in Oklahoma.
Help Dan Fisher Create a Sanctuary State for Preborn Babies????

Radical abolitionist gubernatorial candidate Dan Fisher sent out a head scratching email last week asking people to help him create a sanctuary state for preborn babies. Here is part of the email:
"Across the country, individual states are asserting their sovereignty, just as the framers of our Constitution intended. In defiance of federal law, Colorado has decriminalized the recreational use of marijuana. In defiance of federal law, California has set itself up as a sanctuary state for illegal aliens.
Oklahoma could be the first state to defy federal abortion policy to create a sanctuary state for innocent preborn babies."

Now a couple of points that ought to be obvious. First, people want to use weed and they want to sneak into the U.S. to live so these people kind of want to show up to Colorado and California. Women who want abortions generally, well.... they want to have the abortion, to kill the baby, right?

Democrats Become The Party of Family Values

Top - Rep Kevin McDugle continues life with his mistress
Bottom - Rep. Inman receives reconciliation to his wife.

This legislature has lived down to the worst reputation for corruption and moral decadence. Even as the leadership started out the 56th legislative session, they vowed to put an end to the antics of Dan Kirby, Randy Grau, & Will Fourkiller. But within months there were even more. Ralph Shortey was prison bound for his escapades with a 17 year old male prostitute. Bruce Marlatt and Travis Brauer added their scandals to the immoral narrative.

But this summer there emerged more extramarital scandals. One was a Democrat Leader and the other was a Republican freshman.  They are both still in office.

Josh West: The Man With No Self Control

Josh West: The man with no neck and no self control

FAILURE BEGETS FAILURE
THERE IS A BULLY OR TWO IN THE HOUSE LEADERSHIP
AND THE SPEAKER LETS THEM GET AWAY WITH IT
THE WATCHMAN

A few weeks ago, there was a survey that asked a simple question. That question was "Is it better to have a former military individual in an elected office or not." As we have a retired military individual on our staff we asked him to respond to that question. His answer was "Not necessarily." With a former military or even a retired military individual you must look at their military background to consider their fitness for office. It is his considered opinion that any military personnel that have seen front line combat duty and have been injured during that time is in need of long term assistance to overcome the Post Traumatic Stress Disorder that they deny that they have.

Soft On Crime Poster Boy

 Soft on Crime Poster Boy
Also a Warning to RINOs and Democrats

As the word is that the schools are bring a lot of students to the Capitol on Monday we feel it is worth the time to discuss a criminal who has a long history of sex offenses. Everyone remembers the sexual escapades of the legislators over the years so perhaps a warning is in order to them all if high school girls are going to be around the Capitol.

Meet Mathew Laney, our poster boy for the soft on crime RINOs and Democrats pushing for weakening criminal punishment. Laney shows up in the adult criminal data bases in 2005, when he was around 19 years old. Drunk driving, joy riding, assault and battery, interfering with a phone call during a domestic disturbance, breaking and entering a residence, various protective orders filed against him, then by 2015 the crimes became indecent exposure cases.

How to Force the Teachers Back to Class in 24 Hours

April 10th 2018 Special Edition Newsletter

OEA's Agenda and
How to Force the Teachers
Back to Class in 24 Hours

People are getting frustrated and angry.  Child care costs are adding up, as much as $300.00 per week per child, with no end to the strike in sight.  Parents are reporting that calls to school administrators are met with claims that they are polling the teachers and not enough teachers are willing to come back to work to reopen the school.

One viewpoint is that the teacher union wants this year's standardize tests to hit rock bottom, if for no other reason as to have a bargaining chip for the next budget year.  Another excuse for raising taxes to pump into the public school system.  Last year's scores just came out and Oklahoma is #8 from the bottom.

Bypass The Town & The Party Too

Bypass the Town, Bypass the Party Too

What would cause Democrats and Republicans to band together in Muskogee to back Republican candidates? The local Chamber of Commerce and money of course. We heard about the two party fundraiser for a local D.A. candidate Jack Thorp and wondered why local Democrat kingpin Boswell would team up with Republican Bill Inhofe, brother of Jim Inhofe, for a local fundraiser.

The reason is a long planned highway bypass for Muskogee on State Highway 69, which has had over 600 accidents in five years due to the heavy tractor trailer traffic mixed with ordinary vehicles. The idea began in the 1960's and is now in the actual planning stages with public comment meetings to be held later this year and with an eye toward completion in 2005. Both Thorp and Senator Kim David are being backed by the Democrat/Republicans through the local Chamber of Commerce with the thought of stopping the planned bypass.
