TULSA ATTORNEY'S INVOLVEMENT IN TRAFFICKING
OF CHILDREN FOR SEXUAL EXPLOITATION?

Tulsa
Attorney Noelle Scott Johnson (‘Johnson’) has practiced Family Law in
Oklahoma for decades. Ironically when he gets involved in cases, years
later the opposing parties find themselves accused of felonies for the
first time in their lives. In cases where Johnson’s clients are the
accused, the reporting party loses custody. Johnson donates heavily to
judges, develops unholy relationships with prosecutors, and has assisted
powerful individuals who are accused of exploiting children sexually.
Johnson
is a homosexual man with no children nor husband. He only practices
Family Law in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and other nearby counties. He charges
four, five and six figure retainers and bills at about four
hundred dollars an hour. Johnson has a decadent stand alone office
building at 11th and Detroit in Tulsa, Oklahoma, catty corner from the
downtown Home Depot.
Johnson
does not appear to win many of his cases at trial instead often using
the process, the same cast of therapists, psychiatrists, visitation
experts, and manipulating others to get what he and his clients desire.
Often the same list of professional characters appear in his cases:
therapist Carrie Short and Jamie Vogt, Guardian ad Litem (GAL) attorneys
Cathy Welsh or Stephen Hale, Tulsa Attorneys Jake Aycock, Becki Murphy
and Adrianne Barnett, Psychologist Bart Trentham, visitation supervisor
Anna Cowdrey and others.
Vietti Matter
In
cases where Johnson’s clients are the accused somehow the other party
still loses custody to the accused abuser. Take the case of Johnson’s
client Christopher Vietti (‘Vietti’) who has been pending trial for a
misdemeanor domestic violence charge since 2018. Johnson has
represented Vietti for four years in a related divorce. Weeks prior to
Vietti’s criminal trial in February 2022 the Tulsa County District
Attorney Stephen Kunzweiler (DA Kunzweiler) begins prosecuting the
alleged victim, Vietti’s divorcing wife, for child stealing, alleging
her a ‘liar’ about abuse and to substantiated DHS allegations of sexual
abuse on the minor children.
DA
Kunzweiler is currently prosecuting the abused woman’s husband while at
the same time accusing her of lying about the same instances of abuse and danger to the
children. Ethically both statements can not be true yet DA Kunzweiler
proceeds to prosecute both parties. The children have substantiated sexual abuse and yet Tulsa
County Judge Kurt Glassco (Judge Glassco) has intervened without notice
or a show cause hearing to give custody to Vietti’s mother.
According
to the affidavit of probable cause in the mother’s child
stealing case, DA Kunzweiler was contacted by attorney Cathy Welsh
(Welsh) who allegedly recommended the charges. Welsh is the GAL
appointed by Judge Glassco in the Vietti matter. A year and a half ago
in February 2021 Welsh was sued in the Northern District of Oklahoma
Federal Court along with therapist Jamie Voigt by the mother in the
Vietti matter for malpractice. It is thought that Welsh and Judge
Glassco’s actions are revenge for civil suit against Welsh and all are
designed to benefit Johnson and his high dollar client.
On
Monday, May 23rd, 2022, the Oklahoma Supreme Court held an emergency
hearing contesting Judge Glassco’s guardianship in the Vietti matter.
In October Judge Glassco granted the emergency without a hearing,
without notice, and while the mother was living out of state with the
children in an abused Womens’ shelter. Judge Glassco has since recused
from the Vietti matter. Online records show attorney Johnson giving
previously to Judge Glassco’s reelection campaigns even though this year
Judge Glassco ran unopposed.
Judge
Glassco was last opposed in 2014 wherein he ran against Tulsa Attorney
Jill Webb. Judge Glassco’s slogan was ‘another family for Glassco’
supposedly a gaff on his opponent, a lesbian woman. It is unknown why
Judge Glassco is doing Guardianships as online records indicate he is
assigned to probates ever since an unrelated 2014 incident.
In
the 2014 matter Judge Glassco ran a mentally retarded homosexual mans
sentence, who was accused of two forcible anal sodomy charges,
consecutive, one after the other, even though he ‘promised’ the defense
attorney to run the charges concurrent, or at the same time, allegedly
to induce a blind plea, a plea without recommendation from the State.
In that matter the prosecutor, attorney Kevin Grey, supported the
Defense attorney’s rendition of the ‘promised’ plea deal, concurrent,
ie- (20) twenty years not (40) forty. That Defendant eventually got his trial rights back although Judge Glassco attempted to withdraw the
public defenders office without cause and appoint a local attorney to
attempt to ‘coerce’ the Defendant in sticking with their ‘deal.’
The
mother in the Vietti matter is still charged with child stealing of her
own children. She has four hours of supervised visits with the
children each week. Vietti is still charged with the misdemeanor
domestic violence even though DA Kunzweiler infers the charges bogus in
his recent filings against the mother. Vietti is set for trial in
August, his wife for Preliminary Hearing in June for not ‘sharing’ the
children and no trial date is set for the four year pending divorce.
