  Meet Marquelle Cladwell, sitting in Oklahoma County jail right now but his adult criminal career started when he was four months shy of turning 21 years of age. In 2010 he was arrested and charged on a probable cause but released about five weeks later, most likely because he worked a deal with the D.A..

Then in March of 2013 he was arrested again, paid $550.00 to cover a $5500.00 bond, and again the charges were dropped after a probable cause hearing where probable cause was found.

  Less than a month later Caldwell is arrested again and his bond forfeited, with hearings and motions to accelerate which mean that he had a plea deal that he reneged on. Now we find out what he was arrested for in March, Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon and Domestic Assault with a Dangerous Weapon and a third charge of possession of cocaine. Out on bond, Caldwell fails to appear in September, leading to bond forfeiture and a warrant for his arrest. A month later he is back in court with a public defender after the bondsman caught him. Six weeks later he is pleading guilty to a five year deferred sentence with supervision and is ordered to pay around $640.00 in fines and another $1050.00 in costs.Around this same time he is getting a protective order placed on his sorry butt, which he doesn't bother to appear on and never pays the approximately $200.00 in fines.

Ne'er do well and playboy state representative Kevin McDugle is notorious for dumping the latest set of wife and kids for a blond floozy and for rubbing the infidelity into the other House Member's face by trotting out the tramp at frequent legislative functions. McDugle is also known for getting caught in the AshleyMadison.com data dump, the horned toad had signed up on the extramarital affair website looking for married women to hook up with or maybe he was looking for a buddy to go to Church with..... yeah, right, that's the ticket.

Some say that McDugle felt his wife was too plain and dowdy, that he thought she was more of a mother than a suitable and attractive trophy wife that he thought he deserved. McDugle was also notorious for preaching to others on Facebook about how to treat your wife while he was carrying on a long term affair with his new floozy, settling down with her in Oklahoma City, thanks to House Per Diem pay McDugle was able to rent an apartment to put the floozy up in.

A reputable source gave us some info last week about Oklahoma's only existing Obama Marine, Komrade Christopher Kannaday. It seems that someone took our story to heart and turned the RINO into the FBI based on his Russian TV appearance where he bashed America for cutting his funding and prevented him and his team from following one of the released terrorist suspects back to Afghanistan to ensure they settled back into their previous life comfortably.

Where the report will go we do not know but now the FBI is aware that Rep. Chris Kannaday has been frolicking with the people that just threatened the U.S. with hypersonic missiles and torpedoes as well as trying to subvert the 2016 presidential election.

HB 2530 imposes strict forensic and performance audits on the Oklahoma Turnkpike Authority, one of the planks of the Gary Richardson Governor campaign.

  Jamison Faught over at the Muskogee Politico wrote a good article on the legislation. The agency has not had any oversight in the sixty years it has been in existence and the eminent domain powers allows the agency to steamroll over opposition on new turnpikes as well as continuing to funnel the high interest bonds into the hands of the donor classes. The audits would show if the spending is in line with other costs of other road systems and expose the corruption and feather bedding of ex politicians that have left the legislature and other state jobs only to land a six figure do nothing job over at the OTA.

Last Monday we witnessed a despicable sight. Many of the same RINO Republicans that pushed for a half billion dollar tax increase to fund teacher pay fought to defeat a conservative bill that would have paid up to $4000.00 per year in increased teacher salary by using money that is currently illegally being funneled back into a trust fund.

HB 3340 by Rep Tom Gann barely survived a committee vote by 15 to 13. Sooner Politics wrote an excellent story on the battle that you can read at this link. House Leadership kept their promise to support the measure and voted for it however that doesn't mean they don't have a plan to kill it using the Floor leader or over in the Senate in committee.

John Bennett, Jon Echols, Lepack, Pfeiffer, Calvey, Hall, McCall, Russ, Casey, Jordon, O'Donnel, Wallace, Cockcroft, Komrade Kannady, and Orgtega voted for the bill.

David Van with Sooner Politics wrote an excellent article on the war between RINO Republicans and conservatives over the defeated tax hikes and the Step On Oklahoma plan defeat. Labor Commissioner and current House member Leslie Osborn attacked conservatives during the HB 1033 debate, calling the no voters haters of children, old people, and teachers. Speaker Charles McCall and other House Leadership team sat quietly despite the breech of decorum and rules.

The story goes on to outline how a shady PAC named OK United is going after recent coverts to the conservative side with posters, post cards, and Facebook ads. One target is Rep. Tess Teague, a low scoring rep during her first year at the Capitol but a wonderfully conservative voting record during the Special Sessions and the during Step On Oklahoma battle.
