Listen Very Carefully

This is Going to be the Result of Passing New Taxes or Increasing Taxes
I live over in the old Kyle Loveless Senate seat and in the last two days have gotten three mailers from Rosino, the Republican candidate for the Senate seat. A picture of the two mailers is above. The other mailer was puffing the candidate instead of accusing voters of being lazy or pre occupied.
On the other side of the mailer Rosino's mailer attempts to explain why Republicans are getting defeated in the special elections, he claims a mix of out of state money and workers and admitting that the Republican voters are staying home and not voting.
I'm not going to miss voting on Tuesday, I'm voting early, for the Democrat and I am a Republican and have been for many years. OCPAC recommended the same, vote for the liberal Democrat who would do less damage.
Rosino is well funded and has done his polling and these mailers are telling us that once again the Republican turnout is predicted to be low. I want you to ask your self why but I'm going to tell you why too.
Donald Trump sacked, eviscerated, demolished, the GOP establishment in the presidential primary. Not decimate as some say, that means one in ten, Trump savaged the RINOs and his voters went on down South and dealt with a RINO that Trump backed for the U.S. Senate. The guy didn't lose because of Trump backing him, the voters chose a conservative Republican over a RINO plain and simple. The Republican voters DID not choose a RINO in November. They have NOT chosen a RINO in any of the special elections. Republican voters either stayed home and refused to vote or they supported the Democrat.
Trump destroyed the Republican establishment because the voters are sick of RINOs, Republicans In Name Only. Rosino knows this, is worried about it, enough to attempt to chastise the voters instead of blowing smoke up the voter's skirts.
Now boys and girls, since November the voters have given the Republican candidates the back of their hand. Rosino is also going to lose. Guess who else is going to lose in 2018 either in the primary or to a Democrat at the General Election? Right, anyone that votes for tax increases, revenue increases, removing general tax exemptions, call it anything but we all know what it is.
The House passed enough funding last week to send everyone home but the Senate has chosen to hold the entire state hostage by refusing to pass most of those spending bills. Why? Because they want to force a tax increase before the 2018 legislative session to try to put as much time between the pain and the filing period and primary. They claim they want to hold on to the existing cash on hand for the next budget hole but that is bunk.
What I want you to ask yourself is:  Are you the Senate's bitch?   Does the House control the purse strings or does the Senate?
Senators will fight to the last drop of your blood.  Their district is twice as large as your district and only one half of them face re election in 2018.  Most of that half are in safe seats or are term limited.  You ALL vace the voters next year.  Mad voters....
JCAB passed a monstrosity of tax bill this afternoon, nearly a half billion dollars, far in excess of the amount of money needed to fill the gap caused by the illegal bills passed last session. And leadership is asking you to vote for this half billion in new taxes. After doing the same in the 2017 session, after doing the same in 2015 and 2016....and you know what, they will be asking you to vote for another half billion in increased taxes in the 2018 session.
I don't need to tell you about the other bills, especially the ones that increase spending.   How many teachers showed up last time?  Less than 100 I was told.  You think that they don't know that the state doesn't have the money for a raise right now?  And how did that penny sales tax for teachers do in November of last year?
I smell rotting meat, as in walking dead politicians, zombies ripe for a primary challenge. If you don't want to be one of these political walking dead politicians I suggest that you think hard about the Trump win, all the losses in the special elections this year, and the fact that in about five or six months, while you are occupied in session, primary challengers are already going to be walking districts and knocking on doors. Tell the wife and kids that there will be no vacation this year until after the primary. Tell the special interests that they are going to have to pony up more money to make up for the local dollars that will evaporate with your vote to raise taxes.
Five or six months boys and girls, not the 11 months you would have had if these tax increases had passed legally in May 2017. People aren't dumb and they will remember.
