Muslim "Refugees" Make War on Americans

Ah, what can we say? It is hard finding a picture that captures the spirit of Leslie Osborn.
Conservatives in Oklahoma Can Breathe a Little Easier Now
At least Until All Hell Breaks out if McCall is Elected Speaker
Rep. Leslie Osborn was one of the candidates for Oklahoma House
Speaker that really concerned us as her character and judgment were
sorely lacking. She was a straight up Chambercrat, selling her soul
along with her legislative vote long ago while posing as a
conservative. But on Thursday she bowed to the inevitable and bowed out
of the Speaker’s race, throwing her support to another Chambercrat,
Charles McCall. Below is her letter announcing the deal made between
her and McCall, and yes, something was bought and sold or it wouldn’t
have happened.
December 10, 2015
RE: Speakers Election
Dear Friends and Colleagues:
I wanted to reach out to you and the caucus
today on the subject of the Speaker Election. The upcoming 2016
legislative session looks to be exceptionally busy with re-election
filings, an overwhelming budget scenario, and the ongoing Speaker race.
It is my belief that the longer the Speaker race continues the more
divisive it will be to caucus unity as well as an unneeded distraction
from the budget focus.
After much thought and deliberation I have
decided to withdraw my name from consideration and have committed to
Representative Charles McCall. I did not make this decision lightly.
I believe Charles will provide the unity and stability that the
House desperately needs. I also believe that Charles has extensive
private sector managerial experience that will be invaluable during the
days ahead. We have always been a step behind the Senate with their Pro
Tempore traditionally being a four year position and Charles will be
able to help us with that disparity. As I have done throughout my
legislative service, I have to cast a vote based upon what I think is
best for the state of Oklahoma. That is why I have chosen to support
Charles McCall and I hope you will do the same.
Thanks to all of you for taking the time to
consider my thoughts and I am especially thankful to those who pledged
to support me. You are all appreciated and it is an honor to serve with
you.
Rep. Leslie Osborn
At this point the Chambercrat tactics are usually to try to coerce
legislators into signing a pledge card, promising their vote at the
future Speaker election. The candidate unscrupulously tries to claim
that they have enough votes already in their pocket to win the Speaker
election but if that were the case why would they need to pressure
legislators? The practice of pledge cards is NOT enshrined in House
rules or in our laws, it was started by Lance Cargill back when he ran
for Speaker and subsequent Speaker candidates have tried to use the
tactic.
It is important to note that a lot changed when Lance Cargill
resigned his leadership role due to allegations of late payment of taxes
and fundraising improprieties. Cargill was replaced by the notorious
Chris Benge, notorious for giving up the power of the budget process,
allowing the State Senate to take over control of writing the budget
despite the Constitutional requirement that all revenue bills start in
the House of Representatives.
This was a long time goal of the State Chamber of Commerce and the
ultra wealthy businessmen that fund the State Chamber; to steal the
power of the purse strings from the House and place that power in the
Senate which was easier to control using campaign donations. We
suffered under a long line of weak Speakers ever since, Chris Benge,
then Kris Steele, then the short lived TW Shannon term, coming out of
the pit only with the election of Jeff Hickman. Now Hickman himself was
initially inline after Kris Steele but he suffered defeat at the hands
of TW Shannon after a bruising two year battle that left the
Steele/Hickman leadership team in tatters. But Hickman learned from his
time in the wilderness and came back to be a fairly decent Speaker that
had learned that it was conservatives that he owed his position because
without three conservative votes he would have lost the election. As s
whippings are good political tools and Hickman learned and remembered.
At this point there are only four candidates left in the Speaker’s race:
Earl Sears from the Bartlesville area. Old Earl isn’t really
running to win, he is running so that he retains his chairman position
in the A & B committee. That is the coin he will take for joining
Charles McCall’s leadership team but it is alreadly most likely too
late. Osborn was his first choice as Speaker but she was under attack
from the get go and I guarantee that the most likely reason for Osborn’s
dropping out was the potential defection of Earl Sears over to the
Charles McCall camp. Earl is a miserable RINO at heart and has little
support from the freshman class or the conservative block of
representatives.
Scott Martin, representing Western and Southern Cleveland County.
Another Chambercrat RINO, banker by trade like Charles McCall, limited
support from conservatives or freshmen House members, also in the
Speaker race in an effort to create a leadership position for himself.
In fact Martin is said to have already entered into negotiations several
weeks ago with the McCall camp while threatening to take his supporters
to the Earl Sears camp if he doesn’t personally get a nice leadership
post. That of course is an empty threat as possible as Martin’s few
supporters WILL choose the most conservative Speaker candidate.
John Bennett, Sequoyah County, retired from the Marines, combat
veteran, very conservative and independent minded, and the best possible
choice for leading the House in the coming years. No one owns John
Bennett but he is fiscally conservative, socially conservative, strong
anti illegal alien platform, strong welfare reform platform, and the
unabashed leader in pushing back against the coming Muslim invasion of
our communities. Highly respected by a lot of Republican lawmakers and
Democrat lawmakers, Bennett has few enemies at the Capitol because even
though he might be more conservative he has walked the path with honor
and honesty.
Then we have Charles McCall. Now the State Chamber ALWAYS runs
more than one candidates so that if one falls the other has a shot at
winning the election. We have Scott Martin of course and Charles McCall
is nearly a mirror image of both Martin and Sears. McCall is from the
Atoka area, the boy was just elected in 2013 and it is an insult to the
other state reps to have a third year legislator running the show.
The current Speaker, Jeff Hickman, is ostentatiously backing Earl
Sears but the possibility of Sears prevailing is very low and Sears
knows that he has gambled his A & B Chairmanship and has already
lost the position now that Osborn and Martin are negotiating.

McCall himself is a mess:
· A former Democrat up until he wanted to run for office
as a Republican
· The Chickasaw tribe has their hand so far up his backside that
they can move his lips.
· McCall was defeated last year on his attempt to introduce new
taxes on limestone quarries, sand quarries, and gravel
operations
· Past board member State Chamber of Commerce
· Tried to give away a State Park to the Chickasaw Tribe last year
but stopped by the Senate
Spent thousands and thousands of dollars taking state legislators
on junkets in his private jet in an attempt to influence their
votes
Personal friends with Democrat Dan Boren
Supported by the largest teachers union in the state
That’s right, according to one of our sources Charles McCall was a
Democrat until he decided to run for office but he switched parties as
he knew a Democrat wasn’t likely to win the seat given the current
political climate.
The Chickasaws have major control over the boy, getting him to
attempt to give away the Boggy Depot State Park to the Chickasaw Nation
and he convinced the House to allow the privatization of federally
purchased land but luckily the Senate killed the measure. McCall would
have handed over the deed to 588 acres despite a state constitution
prohibition on giving away public assets.
McCall did his best to pass legislation last year that would have
created an entirely new tax on surface mining such as sand pits, gravel
quarries, and limestone quarries. Luckily it was killed before it
progressed very far.
And yes, McCall was a Board member on the State Chamber of Commerce
between 2002 and 2008! The State Chamber is a truly tarnished brand
and hated in the House yet a few legislators are considering supporting
McCall as Speaker?
During session last year and on into the late summer of this year
Charles McCall spent a fortune on taking legislators on private junkets
on his private plane in an attempt to buy their vote as speaker. McCall
owns or controls an 11 seat turboprop plane, a 2004 Piaggio- P180,
N456CM tail number, a five million dollar plane that costs around
$3,000.00 per hour to operate. The plane is owned by S E Aero LLC out
of Atoka and the contact person is none other than Charles McCall. Some
serious money was spent on trips to Dallas, Kansas City, and on one
occasion they flew to Mexico to a resort town. We have a fairly
comprehensive list of the legislators that went on the trips along with
what occurred on several of the trips. Is this legal? Does this list
need to be published or given to the authorities? A corporation
spending money on legislators in an effort to gain some sort of
political support?. Or was the purpose legislative matters as the House
was still in session on at least one of the trips? We are watching the
Ethics Commission reports on all of those involved to see if they claim
the donations and disclose the gifts by amending the second and third
quarter reports. Even if it was legal, which we highly doubt, it
certainly doesn’t pass the smell test as an elected official.
But by far the biggest reason to be concerned over the possibility
of Charles McCall becoming speaker would be McCall’s personal
relationship with Dan Boren, David Boren’s son. Dan Boren endorsed
McCall on a postcard sent out during the initial election. The Indian
tribes gave money freely to McCall as did oil and gas companies. It is
no secret that Dan Boren is going to run for Governor and having his
former Democrat buddy running the House means ruin for conservative
values in Oklahoma.
Charles McCall would be a disaster for the House of
Representatives. The guy is straight out controlled by the State
Chamber and other special interests. Conservatives would be excluded
from a place at the table and would lose control over the House. Lets
hope that enough legislators wisely choose to hold off on supporting
McCall until we see how things sort out in the coming year. This is
going to be a year of change, professional politicians owned by special
interests are being rejected by the voters, consider the presidential
campaign as proof of that. Voters are sick of elections and politicians
being bought and sold by the ruling class and McCall is just going to be
an apologist for the Muslim community and prevent any dealing with the
coming threats.
And past that, the election of Charles McCall as speaker will
resume an all out battle between House leadership and the Tea Party.
Everyone remembers the 2010 and 2011 fight that was politically bloody
as hell with a lot of collateral damage to legislators that supported
the Kris Steele regime. It seems that those memories have faded in the
mind of some legislators and they need reminded of what the Tea Party
can accomplish with very little money.

Trump Coming to Tulsa?
Or so sources are telling us… that the Oklahoma Trump campaign is
looking for a venue that holds a minimum of 5,000 and that once the
venue is reserved a date will be set. Hillary was in Tulsa last week,
with the campaign claiming a thousand attendees but others saying the
crowd was between 200 and 400 numbskulls.
Trump of course is still leading in the national polls which have
the RNC, the media, and the ruling class wildly upset and apprehensive.
The harder the media hits the guy the stronger his support becomes, a
huge indicator that the public is as fed up with the soulless liberal
media as it is with politicians like Charles McCall.

Taking a Shot at a Longtime Democratic Stronghold
By the Watchman
Today we look at a new candidate for the longtime Democratic Senate
Seat of District 13. This is another seat that will be vacated due to
term limits. It’s a seat the Republican’s hope to take away and increase
their margin of Majority in the upper chamber.
We first heard of this candidate in this article The Okie » Ada Small Business Owner, Former Teacher Announces For Senate 13 Seat.
We see this a lot in candidates whether they are running for the first
time or an incumbent running for re-election, her news release hits all
the Conservative talking points. The question is how much of it are we
to believe? There are a lot of unanswered questions about this candidate
that we’ll have to continue to explore throughout the campaign.
Questions like why did she give up the teaching profession? What kind of
business is she running now? We could find no answers.
The next article of interest we found was this Shawn Howard Seeks SD13 Nod | The McCarville Report.
As you can see, it’s another copy of the same press release in the
article mentioned above. What ever happened to trying to stand out from
the crowd? Both reports indicated that she worked for the Citizens Band
Potawatomi Tribe where she helped develop a Tribal Comprehensive Water
Plan. She touts her dealings with the Environmental Protection Agency
during this time. Now this was also during a time when the State of
Oklahoma felt it had the right to break a Treaty with several tribes and
just take water from their lands. That case is still in litigation.
One thing she should remember though, the EPA has its rules, but
the Tribe is a separate nation and doesn’t need to comply with those
rules. All they need is the approval of the Bureau of Indian Affairs. We
know this because one of our staff researchers has worked for both the
Sac and Fox Nation and the Absentee Shawnee Nation on real estate
problems and oil field remediation. They also assisted with writing
Tribal member’s wills and seeing to the equitable distribution of assets
in compliance of those wills. This researcher is not even Native
American, and they were shocked at the way the Native Americans were
being treated by both the State and the Federal Government.
The next item of interest we found was this Shawn Howard - Ada Chamber of CommerceAda Chamber of Commerce.
Now as an independent merchant, we do not find that belonging to the
local Chamber of Commerce to be questionable. In fact it would be
expected. It does give us a heads up to look for donors from the
Oklahoma State Chamber of Commerce though. Those donations will tell us
whether she’ll work for the people of District 13 and the State of
Oklahoma, or become just another Chambercrat.
We did find an unusual record to the Pauls Valley Chamber of
Commerce. At the time though, the Pauls Valley web site was down as the
fees for the site had not been paid. This is another item that we’ll
have to keep an eye on.
Now we found these next articles a little on the strange side FortySix News — Shawn Howard Announces Run for Oklahoma Senate....
There are actually two press releases by this paper. The first is dated
November 2, 2015 and was found in the papers archives. It’s short and
to the point and simply says Shawn Howard Announces Run for Oklahoma
Senate District 13. That’s basically the story.
The second article we found was this Shawn Howard Announces Run for Oklahoma Senate District 13 | FortySix News.
Once again we are looking at the same press release that The Okie and
The McCarville Report put out. Again we ask for a little originality.
This is proof that actual physical research and reporting on a story is
dead.
This next article we found proved to be very interesting. You can read the entire document here. https://www.owrb.ok.gov/news/meetings/board/board_pdf/2013/bdminutes_0113.pdf
. We can understand her being there because of her work for the
Potawatomie Tribe. This is a board meeting discussing the confiscation
of water rights from the Native American Tribes in Oklahoma. What is it
that these bureaucrats can’t seem to understand about a Treaty between
the United States and the Tribes? It’s easy to understand. Each Tribe is
a sovereign Nation. You want something of theirs you must negotiate a
fair market deal. You can’t steal it.
We did go to www.votesmart.com to see if there was any information available and there was none. Nor was there any information available on www.followthemoney.org. We can say that filing season can’t get here soon enough so we can get a better look at all these new candidates.
It is rare that we do a second email in one week much less a second
email in one day but we need to point out the huge difference between
John Bennett and the other three Speaker candidates. First look at one
of Charles McCall’s major campaign donors and ask yourself if the apple
ever falls far from the tree.
Take a look at Josh Brim, a major McCall contributor
Ask yourself if you want the House of Representatives dogged with allegations of corruption for the next few years?
And who is conservative?
Here are some bills that Charles McCall, Scot Martin, and Earl
Sears all supported while John Bennett voted against the tax credit,
effort to protect or insulate big businesses from competitors, or
legislation that gutted teacher incintive pay:
2014 HB1078, prohibiting manufactured home manufacturer from
selling to an individual. Bennett voted for freedom, Sears, McCall, and
Martin voted to protect big business interests.
HB1783 Sears, McCall and Martin decided that hydrocodone prescriptions can’t be refilled
HB1659 gutted the bonus program that encouraged teacher to pursue the education leadership program
HB2194 expanded the utilization of the Universal telephone fund
SB1053 added a $30,000 bond to roofing contractors to limit
competition for existing large roofing contractors by driving out start
up companies. Raises prices for everyone when that is done.
SB1083 limits claims against LLC members and managers, a corporate protection scheme.
SB765 imposed a mandate on insurance companies for oral cancer
treatments. Why are these guys telling doctors and insurance companies
which medications are effective and which are not?
SB900 prioritization of family planning and counseling services
for grants and tax money. Really, is family planning any of the state
government’s business? And who is this directed at, Planned Parenthood?
SB107 gold and gem dealers wish list, levies a $5,000 fine against
unlicensed competitors, relaxing the record keeping by not requiring
immediate access to the record books and you don’t have to use ink to
record the transaction, erasures or obliteration in the record books is
now allowed. Classic protectionism from new competition and allows the
established companies to escape scrutiny for fencing stolen goods maybe?
SB66 opens up fireworks stands to inspection by localities, fraud
and favoritism, protection of existing stands. Lots of localities have
their favorite sports team/school sponsored fireworks stand and they
want to stamp out competition.
SB792 licenses auto crushers , protection racket for existing car crushers.
HB2188 increases the cost of getting medical records by 2.5 times
so that lawsuits on medical malpractice is that much more costly and
difficult.
HB1416 adds public trusts to quality jobs act, more snouts in the
trough. Why are we giving state money back to public entities?
SB1022 exempted oil and gas companies from being held accountable
for infractions of the construction industry board regulations.
Classic example of big business having a different set of laws than the
rest of us.
SB1126 film tax credits increases amount of tax credits available to 8 million, a 3 million increase!
HB2580 compete with Canada film act extension 10 years, with the
previous bill this ads 30 million dollars to tax credits over the
additional ten years, 80 million dollars taken from hard working
familes.
HB3217 increases the number of signatures required for the state
auditor to commence an audit involving a government subdivision. How
is transparency advanced? Who benefited?
HB3184 protects existing roofers from new competition, raising prices on roofing services
SB1639 new tax credit law created
HB2527 creating the domestic violence legal aid tax return check
off fund. Do we really need to raid the state treasurer for such a
task? There are plenty of lawyers willing to help a domestic violence
or paternity case out on a pro bono basis according to my sources.
HB2486 exempting life sentenced prisoners from the 20% savings of
pay. Makes sense in a way as the life sentenced guys aren’t getting
out of prison ever but is this really a priority, aren’t there better
things to do with our legislative time and effort?
HB1775 new tax on sand, gravel, limestone. Tax and spend liberal Republicans at work here.
SB726 creating new program for domestic violence. Duplicating numerous programs already out there.
SB562 exempts GRDA from parts of the Open Meeting Act. Why? Who
benefits? Corruption being hidden or they wouldn’t go to the trouble.
SJR4 is the Constitutional Convention or Con Con. One of the most dangerous things we could do, we might find the 2nd Amendment taken away without a vote of the people.
HB2235 releases confidential tax payer info to contractors. This
is work that the existing tax commission employees ought to be doing.
Count the number of data breeches each year and tell me you are
comfortable releasing confidential tax payer info?
Earl Sears, Scot Martin, and Charles McCall are all tax and spend,
special interests, State Chamber of Commerce stoodges. Bennett has
some strong opinions about things but I want you to consider what I did
when I was deciding to run the Ron Paul state campaign in 2012. While I
might have disagreed with Ron Paul on a few things, the things I didn’t
like couldn’t be implemented by Ron Paul even if he won. Bennett is a
strong fiscal and social conservative and we need someone willing to
take the heat for getting the one billion dollar projected budget hole
fixed.
Bennett will also return much of the power of the Speaker's
position to the legislators, and that power is what you all fear right
now as you can be frozen out if you don't cut a deal and betray your own
constituents.
Bennett will also return the power of the purse strings to the
House of Representatives where it belongs by our Constitution. Bringing
in the budgeting power also emasculates the State Senate as campaign
donations flow to who sets the budget. The House was created to be
close to the people and therefor responsive and incorruptable and it is
high time that you guys seized the power of the purse back by electing a
stong willed Speaker that will stand up to the State Senate and to the
Governor.
Also consider the mood of the country, the massive appeal of the
non politicians and Cruz in the presidential race. People are sick of
the wealthy running the country into the ground and that will carry over
into state politics. Do we really want to be seen supporting the State
Chamber of Commerce candidates, do we really want to be seen coddling
radical Muslims, or do we want to send the voters a message that we have
heard them and are cleaning things up?
Citizens, click this link to email your legislator and ask
them reject the three liberal Republicans and choose the true
conservative, John Bennett. And if they don't I want you to join the
Sooner Tea Party in handling the aftermath.

Comrade Yen - CAIR & Hamas - Police Brutality - More Chambercrats Coming
Comrade Yen Bristles at Running Dog Imperialistic Anti-Vaccine Article![]()
All stand for the singing of the Comrade Yen anthem:
The East is red
The Sun is shining.
Oklahoma has produced Comrade Yen
He strives for the people’s existence
He is the people’s shining star.
Comrade Yen loves the people.
He is our guide
In the building of a new Oklahoma.
Lead us forward Comrade Yen.
The Communist Party is like the sun
Wherever it is shines
There is light.
Where the Communist Party is
There the people are liberated.
Greetings comrades! Last week’s
article on the attempted liberation of Oklahoma school children from
their imperialistic and capitalist parents caused much grief to our Dear
Leader Senator Yen. Reactionary traitors of the Sooner Tea Party, a
war mongering regime focused on oppressing the people and counter
revolutionary instigations, wrote a libelous and scandalous attack on
Dear Leader’s attempt to liberate school children from the oppression of
following their parent’s medical decisions.
Yes,
yes, I know… the children belong to the Party but among us dear
comrades are those who cling to the old ways before the Party liberated
society. Modern parents must understand that they serve the state in
raising children so parents must become the servants of the Party yet
many have chosen to find refuge in the imperialistic camp and are openly
defying Comrade Yen.
In an effort to stamp out and re
educate these enemies of the Party Comrade Yen has graciously and
magnanimously agreed to conduct a re-education camp on November 12th between 6 and 8 pm at the Brookside Baptist Church at 30th
and Peoria in Tulsa Oklahoma. Comrade Yen will speak the truth for the
Party effort to bring the glorious Oklahoma youth into full compliance
with the Party’s vaccination campaign.
Opposing truth and justice will be
running dog imperialist Dr. Stephanie Christner, a medical doctor who
was indoctrinated at Southern Methodist University in Dallas and who
earned her medical degree at the Oklahoma State College of Osteopathic
Medicine, then she worked a 4 year residency in Psychiatry at the
University of Tulsa which specializes in cruelty toward children and
experimental surgeries on infants in order to hinder the Party’s
liberation of the proterliat. Christner is also a board member of the
National Vaccine Information Center and has served on the FDA’s Vaccine
committee and is rumored to eat turtle dung. For those who are not
familiar with the FDA they are also a counter revolutionary group
focused on bringing down our glorious leaders using such things as facts
and scientific studies.
Please attend the Re Education Camp on November the 12th
and help us cheer on our Dear Leader Senator Yen as he battles the
hostile, child endangering, blood thirsty, war mongering capitalistic
threat to the liberation of Oklahoma youths. With the Party’s help we
will silence these saboteurs of socialism and convince the bourgeoisie
to have fewer children and raise more pigs.
And now to close our meeting of the Oklahoma Communist Party let’s finish singing the Comrade Yen anthem:
The East is red
The Sun is shining.
Comrade Yen is on the march.
He lives to liberate the youth of Oklahoma
From disease and ignorance.
Comrade Yen loves the children.
Fighting parents along the way
To inoculate and re-educate.
The ignorant masses in the state.
The Communist Party is like the sun
Wherever it is shines
There is light.
Where the Communist Party is
There the people are liberated.
![]() Radical Muslims in and Confederate Lapel Pin Gets you Thrown Out
Lots of liberal victories in Tulsa this week including one which
allowed a terrorist supporter group to participate in a Veteran’s Day
parade. Tulsa VFW Commander Austin Bond allowed the CAIR Muslim group
to sponsor a parade despite known terrorist connections of the group.
CAIR of course is banned from working with the FBI as it was one of
the unindicted suspects in the Holy Land Foundation thanks to Obama’s
election which stopped the prosecution of the unindicted co conspirators
in the Holy Land Foundation case. Bond’s reasoning was that one or
two of the Muslims were veterans, although he didn’t say which side they
fought on in the Middle Eastern wars.
Strangely we don’t see Seventh Day Adventist floats, Catholic
floats, or Jewish floats but we are going to see a Muslim float in the
upcoming parade. Seems like the veterans of these religions just join
the DV, ODVA, or American Legion to show their solidarity with other
veterans. It is quite a parade when you have the country battling
militant Muslim extremists in the Middle East and yet allow supporting
groups to march alongside those fighting the extremists.
Even worse was the treatment of one veteran who was singled out
because he did two things; spoke in opposition of allowing CAIR, and had
a Confederate flag lapel pin alongside his American flag lapel pin.
When the veteran asked if a Confederate float could join the parade
Commander Bond told him no and then had the man thrown out of the
building because of the Confederate lapel pin. When other combat vets
came to the defense of the ejected veteran Commander Bond called one of
them a mother f***er.
But opponents of the insane decision held a Turn Your Back on CAIR
Rally this Sunday at the RL Jones Riverside Airport at 4 pm. Speakers
included U.S. Marine Command Sergeant Major/State Rep. John Bennett and
former State Rep Rex Duncan, and Pastor/State Rep Dan Fisher. The
turnout was around 125 people despite the cooler weather.
![]() The Tide Continues to Turn Against Police Violence
Another warning of the shift in public opinion on police violence came this week with the conviction of two New Jersey cops
for falsely accusing a man of attempting to grab one of their guns
during a traffic stop in 2012. The man had been in a verbal argument
with his girlfriend in his own home prior to being pulled over but had
been given the go ahead to leave the home voluntarily. Another officer
followed the man, pulled him over and ordered the man to exit the
vehicle at gunpoint. The man refused, saying he believed his life was
in danger and that he had done nothing wrong.
![]()
A five week trial found the
two cops guilty of misconduct, tampering with public records, falsifying
public records, and false swearing. One officer was found guilty of
simple assault and both face prison sentences of five years or more. A
third officer pleaded guilty in October of 2013 to falsifying and
tampering with records and resigned from the police department.
The cops had claimed that
the motorist tried to grab one of the officer’s weapons and struck
another officer during the traffic stop. Charges of eluding, resisting
arrest, aggravated assault, and attempting to disarm an officer were
brought and the man was convicted and sentenced to five years in
prison. But a lawyer requested the video tape of a second patrol car on
the scene and it was revealed that the man had his hands raised in the
surrender position the entire time of the arrest.
The prosecutors dismissed
the charges against the motorist and began investigating the officers
and in January of 2014 the two men were indicted by a grand jury. The
new video showed the second patrol car arriving on the scene, ramming
the motorist’s car, the cops breaking out the man’s drivers side window,
and the two cops pulling the man from the vehicle. The cops threw
repeated punches while dragging the motorist from his vehicle. The
video also showed the motorist pulling over immediately after the patrol
car turned on it s lights. The video also shows a state policeman
arriving on the scene, taking one look at what was going on, and
refusing to join in the beating of the handcuffed prisoner.
The internal affairs
department had already investigated and cleared the police of any
wrongdoing in the case. Both cops remain in jail without bail pending a
January sentencing.
![]()
Another pair of out of
control police officers was charged with the killing of a six year old
autistic child during an attempt to arrest the child’s father. Both
cops had a history of civil rights violations, rape, excessive use of
force, and a history of violence and aggressive behavior. Officer
Norris Greenhouse and Derrick Stafford were booked on charges of second
degree murder and attempted second degree murder for the wounding of the
father in Marksville Lousiana on Friday.
In 2011 Stafford was
indicted by a grand jury on two charges of aggravated rape but the case
was later resolved and little is known how the officer escaped the
charges. Another charge was that he threw a handcuffed woman into his
squad car and tased her with no warning. Then in 2013 he was a part of a
gang of seven other officers that pepper sprayed an entire crowd after a
fight broke out. One mother who was sprayed along with her three
children is suing the officer. Another mother sued after Stafford broke
a 15 year old girls arm after pulling her arm behind her back on a
school bus. Both officers are being sued in a federal case involving excessive use of force involving an open carry advocate.
The shooting occurred after
the two cops pulled over the father in a traffic stop, claiming that
they pulled the vehicle over because they were pursuing a warrant on the
father. The two cops fired 18 rounds into the car, striking the first
grader with five bullets to the head and torso as the child sat strapped
into the front passenger seat. The father was unarmed and no arrest
warrants have been uncovered for the man. The father is hospitalized in
serious condition with bullet fragments in his head and lungs. The two
cops were arrested after Louisiana State Police reviewed one of the
body camera videos and filed felony charges against the two officers.
![]() Another Chambercrat Running for Office?
By the Watchman
Rarely in the political arena
does a publication have such an early opportunity to display the true
character of a political want-to-be. This is one of those opportunities.
For years now this publication has been telling you of the hold that
the Oklahoma State Chamber of Commerce has on the Oklahoma State Senate.
The candidate we are about to introduce you to is nothing more than a
blatant attempt to continue that stranglehold on the Senate by the State
Chamber of Commerce.
Like many of the new
candidates we have this year, this gentleman is running to fill a seat
that will be vacated by term limits at the end of the year. We first
heard of him in this article The Okie » Bob Jack Announces Run For Tulsa Senate Seat. In here he states “We always say we need to run government like a business, but we rarely send a business leader to do the job. “To
a certain point he is correct. We have a tendency to send attorney’s
and people who have connections to be our leaders. By doing that we sign
our own downfall. That gives them the license to steal from the
citizens of Oklahoma.
The next article of interest we found was this Bob Jack Enters SD25 Race | The McCarville Report.
Now they say you can tell a lot about a man’s politics by the papers
and news outlets he talks to. Why is it that he announces his candidacy
in a liberal news blog before announcing it to any news stations in the
area?
The next item of interest we found was this Tulsa « Manhattan Construction Group.
We believe that the information contained in this document is the
reason that the Oklahoma State Chamber of Commerce recruited Bob Jack to
run for the Senate. What a feather in their cap it would be to have the
Senior Vice President of a major corporation that covers the entire
Northeastern part of Oklahoma in the Senate for the Oklahoma State
Chamber of Commerce. Just think of all the business they would send his
way.
The next article of interest we found was this 2016 local races take shape | Tulsa Beacon.
This was an interesting article that we would encourage everyone to
read. It also listed other Senators whose terms will end next year as
well as a few candidates that we hadn’t been aware of yet. It is well
worth the time.
The next article of interest we found was this People Spotlight: Bob Jack - Employment – TulsaWorld.
This is pretty much a news release on the promotion of Bob Jack to his
current position within the Manhattan Construction Company. Although the
date stamp says November 10, 2015, we all know that is an incorrect
date. This article was actually written in 2010.
The next item of interest we found was this Board of Directors - Tulsa Chamber - Tulsa Chamber.
This one document ties him to the Oklahoma State Chamber of Commerce
closer than any other document available. The man sits on the Board of
Directors of the Tulsa Chamber of Commerce. They are almost as corrupt
as the State Chamber.
We were unable to find a campaign web site for Mr. Jack. This is
not unusual at this point of the campaign although he should be
considering it.
It is our opinion that Mr.
Bob Jack would be a terrible choice for a Senator for District 25. He
will not work for the people of the district or the state, but will work
instead for the Oklahoma State Chamber of Commerce to meet its goals.
