Creepy Comrade Chris Kannady's Second Victim Identified

A quote you can almost wish that he said and
there will be some that don't get the sarcasm

Representative Chris Kannady(R) might very well be an out of control serial sexual batterer/abuser if the claims of a NW Oklahoma woman are found to be true. Kannady of course is already accused of working in tandem with another state rep, Representative Kevin McDugle (R) of Broken Arrow to trap a colleague between the two men with McDugle attempting to force her to view a disgusting p*rn film (involving fecal matter) while Kannady fondled her leg.

The attack was dismissed by less scrupulous legislators whom have tied themselves to Kannady at the legislature, spinning the felonious attack as unremarkable and of no consequence.
Also present during the felonious attack was House Appropriation and Budget Chairman Kevin Wallace and junior lieutenant Scott Fetgatter. All four men were known to associate with the victim as part of a small legislative clique at the time of the alleged sexual battery assault. The crime is a class three sexual crime, punishable by up to ten years in prison and a lifetime of being a registered sex offender.
And it was no surprise when the  publication  of the original story brought forth a very angry husband who told a story of another felonious sexual battery upon his wife by none other than Creepy Comrade Chris Kannady.
Kannady earned his nickname “Comrade Kannady” for his spirited defense of a Gitmo detainee that was accused of throwing a grenade into a vehicle, killing the Afgan driver and severely injuring two American soldiers. Not satisfied with a minimal defense, Kannady pulled all the stops in his effort to get the man released and was able to do so. That of course was expected of a JAG officer in a military court but what came next was not only unexpected, it was treasonous. Kannady went on Russian TV to badmouth America and his military superiors and was wearing his Marine uniform when doing so. Kannady lambasted the U.S. for not allowing him and his defense team to travel to Afghanistan to resettle the former accused terrorist. Kannady made other accusations that the accused terrorist was falsely accused and improperly prosecuted and detained for years.
The second alleged Kannady sexual battery victim works for a non profit quasi government organization in NW Oklahoma. The victim was a member of Class 32 of the Leadership Oklahoma organization and she had attended one of the Leadership Oklahoma functions. The class was formed around July of 2018 with an agenda to visit nine Oklahoma communities to visit and learn of the challenges and solutions of running the state. A mix of legislators, non profit officials and employees, and members of businesses and donor class individuals were chosen for this class of 51 individuals.
The sexual attack happened after the official event, the group made an unofficial rendezvous for drinks and social bonding as is the custom at these events. The victim is said to have been standing and chatting with friends from the class when Representative Chris Kannady allegedly walks up and grabs a handful of the woman's butt. Shocked, the woman is said to have cooked off on Kannady, dressing him down in front of the crowd. The outraged woman told her husband of the alleged attack after arriving home.
Remember back to the October 7th newsletter which first brought the scandal to light so this might be the third alleged victim so far. An alleged second victim was rumored at that time, a legislative assistant, although not Representative Chris Kannady's own legislative assistant. The initial October 7thstory was limited in detail, used to flush out any information on this missing victim. At the time the political landscape was not right to get justice for the first known victim so no one came forward at that time.
The October 7th story also briefly goes over the differences between the two cases. In the Dan Kirby case that blew up in December of 2016, there was one accuser named Hollie Anne Bishop who claimed she was fired for reporting a sexual harassment incident. She was paid around $45,000 in a secret settlement with the payout hidden in maintenance funding. Her lawyer received another $30,00 for his fees.  Bishop was alleged to have had a long term affair with then representative Randy Grau, who was alleged to have been forced to not run for office by his wife. The rumor was that Grau and Bishop cooked up the allegations against Kirby to get a settlement for Bishop.
But, a second “victim” came out around the middle of January 2017, a legislative assistant named Carol Johnson that had worked for Rep. Dan Kirby years earlier and later the two had a consensual relationship. Kirby claimed that the two remained close friends and that the woman had voluntarily sent him nude pictures on numerous occasions.
It was this second “victim” coming forward that sunk Kirby's chances or remaining in office. Kirby had resigned in late December after the first allegations of a secret pay off for an unjustified firing, then recanted the resignation, before later resigning.
Democratic House Member Will Fourkiller was also accused of inappropriate behavior with an underage high school page, allegedly some sort of pinch. Fourkiller accepted sanctions and apologized for the conduct and Kirby resigned his positions after a House committee recommended he be expelled from the House of Representatives. No House Member has ever been expelled from the legislature although many have resigned before it could happen.
Many thought that Rep. Dan Kirby was rail roaded, set up by former Rep. Randy Grau and Holly Bishop, then again by Carol Johnson whom he claimed had a consensual relationship with. Rep. Will Fourkiller had faced questions and an inquiry by House staff and HR officers back in 2015 so his case was simply the Republicans dredging up old cases to divert some of the attention off the Republicans.
Of course former Minority Leader Scott Inman was extremely vocal in the beginning of the Kirby scandal only to fall silent when he was allegedly threatened with his own infidelities coming out. Inman clammed up in late December and became vocal again after the Sooner Tea Party exposed Inman's alleged affair with a former campaign worker/vendor, one that culminated with a screaming wife verbally abusing Inman in the stairway of the Capitol. Inman was said to have impregnated the woman, which came out after Inman and his wife had attempted to reconcile. The couple later divorced and Inman married his hoochy momma and a child was born.
By comparison, the Rep. Chris Kannady/Rep. Kevin McDugle case seems simple. Married women were allegedly sexually battered in public places. Neither victim appears to have been responsible for the attacks in any way, form, or fashion, and both told their husbands immediately.
Like Kirby, Rep. Chris Kannady might have survived the first allegations but will nearly certainly have to resign to avoid a House committee investigating the sexual attacks and voting to expel Kannady from the House of Representatives. Should Kannady choose to fight, he could become be the first Oklahoma Representative to be forcibly expelled from the House in state history. His Bar Association membership is at risk, possible court martial for conduct unbecoming an officer as he is a member of the Air Guard, divorce could well be looming on the horizon, and perhaps even his job with the law firm.
And House leadership has to consider how many victims have yet to come forward. You have veteran and freshmen legislators turning the Capitol into a frat house, being wined and dined by lobbyists, drinking to all hours of the night instead of serving their district's constituents, and living a re creation of their college days. Is this to be tolerated by House leadership or will an example be made of Rep. Chris Kannady, Rep. Kevin McDugle, Rep. Kevin Wallace, and Rep. Scott Fetgatter?
Senior House staff is now in possession of the audio tape of the first victim.  They have opened the email that sent the password protected drop box link nearly twenty times and the link to the drop box has been visited.  The password was given to House staff via email.  So there is no question that they have what they need on the first sexual battery/sexual harassment case.
If a committee is not announced in a few days everyone should take that as a brazen announcement that nothing will be done.
We intend to provide senior House staff with the name of the second sexual battery/sexual harassment victim late Monday afternoon.  Then either House leadership moves quickly to investigate and expel the sexual predators or deals with the consequence of sweeping things under the rug.
