Citizens Grand Jury Petition Filed in Oklahoma County

Citizens Grand Jury Petition Filed in Oklahoma County
Last Tuesday the Sooner Tea Party filed a Grand Jury petition in Oklahoma County alleging that Representative Chris Kannady was involved in numerous sexual assaults, alleged that Representative Kevin McDugle was a part of one of those situations, alleging that Senator Ron Sharp had committed criminal libel against Epic Charter Schools and that the OSBI's Tommy Johnson might have been involved in a conspiracy with Senator Sharp, and that there is corruption in Oklahoma County over the refusal to file bribery charges in the 2018 Oklahoma Health Department/Pharmacy Board scandal and that Oklahoma County D.A. David Prater needs to be held accountable for not filing the bribery charges after absolute proof was put out by Non Docs in the form of text messages coupled with the director of the Pharmacy Board resigning.

Early this week the Oklahoma District Court has to rule that either the petition has defects to be made right or rubber stamp the petition and allow STP to begin gathering the 5,000 signatures in 45 days that will allow the Grand Jury to investigation the corruption. Info on Grand Jury petition # GJ-2019-1 can be found at oscn.net and at GrandJuryJustice.com, a new website we set up for the express purpose of documenting the citizen grand jury process with a mind of using this tool against corruption all over the state.

Conservatives and liberty lovers around the state need no reminder that Kannady and McDugle were responsible for the attacks on conservative legislators in 2018, that the special counsel the House appointed never fully investigated the first alleged Kannaday attack, much less the second and third alleged attack.

Marijuana users and growers need to remember that over a year ago a bribery attempt nearly scuttled their industry and that NO ONE stepped up to find out exactly what happened or bring those responsible to justice. STP didn't support SQ 788 but we dang sure don't support corruption so we did step up to fix this mess.

All need to remember that we might not support one part of the petition or the other but that this is our once chance to strike a huge blow for liberty and the rule of law and get involved to help circulate petitions and beat that 45 day schedule for the 5000 signatures.

If you don't help, who will? Find out how to get involved or sign the petition or donate to help at GrandJuryJustice.com If we pull the first one off we might well come to your county next and help clean up your county too.
